Took one bite of the chicken and spit it out and had to throw it away. Friend did the same to verify it’s not just me. Tasted chemically and rotten, would definitely make people sick if they ate it. Wasn’t offered a refund but it’s ok just never coming back! ?

First time trying this here!! I love them all. Not too sweet. Great Customer Service. Thanks Tea, Kim and Jen for you excellent service. You service had me to return 2 times after my first visit?✌?. Boba can be added extra for a $1 . The drinks are $5-6.50. Totally worth it.

Do not go here for the bubble tea - the Thai bubble tea I ordered is definitely not worth $7+ bucks. The cashier and more particularly the person making the drinks could be friendlier - they looked like they didn't want to be there. Last and not least - they need to get bigger straws - these are not big enough for the tapiocas to get thru.

The wings was pretty average nothing special, I had regular fries, they was OK, I would recommend serving a few non sugary drinks like a unsweet green or black tea, I end up drinking water because the teas I got was just too

I am a Walmart spark driver and a customer. This establishment always gets their groceries delivered for 10am-11am, so Walmart gives us the order at 10am, and then we have a specific amount of time to deliver to the establishment, since this location is literally a mile down, I get there at 10:05am, and no one is there to open the door. I only get 5 minutes to deliver it because of the cold items needing to be delivered safely, but because no one is there, I’m forced to start a return, need to go back to Walmart, and take even more time giving the items back to the associates. Walmart has to call them and reschedule the delivery, and I lose out on the money and my time. Unprofessional restaurant. Doesn’t care about the people who deliver to them and doesn’t think about if their groceries are getting spoiled. Happens every week.As a customer, food is very mid. Food is cold, and takes 40 minutes for some garlic noodles, fried and elotes, AND I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE.Don’t go to a restaurant who can’t even show up on time to receive their delivery for groceries.

Tina was so sweet on my visit and asked for toppings, had great attitude and has always asked me for my number each visit unlike others ☺️ I love this location as they don’t have one back where I live. Tina is the best!

The drinks were very good and all natural. Atmosphere was pretty much anywhere else with a very gray and minimalistic aesthetic.

Their Ube Milkshake and Oreo Milkshake are amazing. Love the Mango shake too (forgot what it's called). Wish they had student discount though.

Two workers there. They seemed surprised anyone came it- it was totally empty. They apparently don't do split cups anymore which was disappointing. If you don't have it, take it off the menu. They also wouldn't let me customize my drink at all other than adding boba. I'm not usually one to judge the service at a place cause I know how it is, but these girls made it clear that they did not want to make anything and they did not want me to be there.

The popcorn chicken is truly the best!! The wait times can be long at times but definitely worth it. The food is wonders but service and upkeep needs some work.I first got boba here years ago and they went all out with presentation. I moved to the DFW area and was disappointed when they stopped decorating the drinks, especially since the blended drinks are more expensive.

I go the at least 2-3 times a week at least but the last visit I spent almost $50 to get home and have food that was horrible shrimp over cooked (hard/dry) and noodles were over cooked and we asked for extra sauce (noon) and the chicken wings were cooked so hard they were just to hard to eat and the manager/owner doesn't care to correct the situation they treated the situation as if I was a liar and I'm there daily and have never complained about the food when something wasn't cooked correctly but thus time it was the whole meal and that's unacceptable the manager said they would get back with my daughter on Monday and never did and didn't respond to my daughter

Didn't really understand what this place was at first. Thought it was just smoothies and frozen drinks. Looked up the menu and ordered their Elotes dusted with fire Cheetos. So freaking good, my go to comfort food.
