You guys have a lady in front guarding the restroom like a crossing guard she raised her voice at me and told me the restroom was out of order after stopping my progress to question me. im sure i would have read the sign and figured that out without the interagation. I assume it was a lie because it seemed she enjoyed getting me told. you people should be ashamed. This is not nyc were any bum off the street will walk in. most people around has patronized your business. whats the point of alienating people for wanting to use the restroom?

I LOVE the philly cheesesteaks from here. I don't know if it is authentic PHILLY cheesesteaks but I LOVE it. For me it doesn't matter which location I go to they are CONSISTENTLY delicious!!!!!
Food was hot and fresh. The cashier made a mistake ringing everything up without applying my rewards. However, after speaking with the manager they made it right. Great sandwich and service!

This is the second time that my family and I have gotten Charley’s and we have gotten food poising. I am not sure what is going on, but I think something needs to be investigated there. Charley’s is a great place, but i felt like I was dying when I was sick.

I stopped in to grab a bite on a quick lunch break and the Philly Steak was delicious. Quiet and friendly atmosphere and professional staff. The prices were decent as well. I will definitely go back soon. I gotta try the Chicken Philly next.

I am familiar with the locations they have in the mall, but the stand alone stores are a different beast. Every thing was laid back and calm, restaurant spotless, food was made fresh and tasted the same as usual (great), but employees like Irvin Garcia that go beyond what is expected, is what makes returning customers.
