This store is rarely well stocked with all its products. Short staff and they have no idea what it's like to run a business. The franchise should evaluate the bad reputation that this store offers.

This place used to be decent under a particular manager. But now she's gone. All I want is a nice cold brew. But it seems they want to charge you $4 for coffee flavored water.

Horrible!! The two women that were at this location definitely know how to make you feel un-welcomed. When I was taking to her she never even acknowledged what I said. Then when I went to pay she took off with my card for way too long. Then she comes back to the drive through window and there is a larger black woman with her. This woman is just standing there staring at my daughter and I. Then she says mmmmhmmmm. Very weird. very unprofessional. I cancelled my card right away because these two were up to something. The first worker who had my card was Hispanic with a neck tattoo. Will never go here again. Take your business to DUNKIN. Better coffee, better service, better atmosphere.

Zero customer service. I know it’s hard to find good employees but accountability and telling people your expectations before hiring will in fact change things. Even with these teenagers. Attitudes when THEY mess up. I said no whip, came with whip. I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t just bite the bullet. I don’t want to be sick for days. Got greeted with an attitude and she put a spoon in it and took the whip out. Made her make it fresh since I’m highly sensitive and that little bit you could still plainly see throughout the drink the whip. Stop the madness, franchisee and listen to your reviews AND watch the cameras to see what’s going on in YOUR store.

Ordered online so that I could grab my order and head to work. However, I was told my order wasn't ready and asked to go inside, once I got inside not one employee knew what I had came inside for all these kids looked lost. Upon waiting an additional 15 minutes I was then given my order in which I immediately gave back because my latte was extremely cold and not sure why if my order wasn't ready then it should have been hot . Asked one of the ladies to please remake it and she rolled her eyes, and murmured while making it. She handed me the latte hotter than it should but didn't care to call her out on her poorly job since I was already late to work. As I got to work, I opened the lid to let it cool down and this is what I found: An empty cup. I know latte has foam but should not be missing half of my coffee once it starts evaporating. This location is horrible.

First mess up: cold brew was so weak it didn't look like coffee, it looked like tea.2nd: Ordered a hot latte and received an iced one. Whatever, drank it anyway. At least it had caffeine!3rd: Yesterday I received a latte with no espresso. They literally forgot to put the coffee in my coffee AND I had ordered an extra espresso shot.Store is ran by teenagers, I guess that explains it. The only reason I continue to come is because my daughter has karate across the street.
