My son went in and ordered a hot and ready pizza while I waited in the car. After 35 minutes, I went inside and discovered that there was one employee who had a store full of customers who had PAID for pizzas, but there were NONE in the hot and ready boxes, NONE in the oven, and NONE being made! When I asked him what was going on, he stated he was "trying to call people". He took our money, had us waiting there for 45 minutes, and there was not a pizza in the entire store! We have had issues the last several times we have tried to buy pizza there, and this is the last straw! I don't know how to reach the owner of this franchise, but this was an extremely profitable location that has TOTALLY gone downhill! By the way- when I asked the name of this employee, he said his name was "Bradley"; however, I am noticing that the receipt says "Voided by Jarvione J".

This time I can't be upset with this location. The idiot person at their call center didn't even put my order in their system. If this operator isn't going to do their job then eliminate it!!! It's not the first time I've had issues with that idiot. I thought 2 hours in advance was enough to get it on time but nope. I've had to wait over 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time from that idiot operator

Went to get a pizza. As I was waiting in line, the cashier was chewing on a dental floss stick as he was serving people. I thought to myself, how sanitary is this food going to be? Then I left. When you pay 7.25/hr for your staff, that's the only kind of staff you'll attract lol.

These employees are the worst I've ever dealt with at any Little Ceasars. Be ready to handle your anger with this evening staff. They've on multiple occasions made my orders incorrectly and even go to the extent to cover they're mistakes by trying to pass it onto the consumer. Do yourself a favor and find another Little Ceasars to order from. This place should be closed for business

Awful experience, they’ll have you waiting even if you make an online order and disappear behind the counter. The cashier was extremely rude, he charged me extra for something that was already included in my order and just threw a marinara sauce on top of my pizza and walked away. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I called to have a delivery and all of a sudden they’re telling me hey, call back in five minutes and then hang up on my face without me even being able to speak whoever is running this place it’s going to run it to the ground that is very poorly customer service and they need more training.
Terrible service, don't waste your time ordering it online. An hour wait and they messed up my pizza order and they are still upset because I told them this is not my order they wanted me to take that pizza away until I showed them the original order. I left, I wasn't going to wait another hour because of their mistake. Don't waste your time going to this place.

I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment! The cost was definitely shocking, in a good way. I ordered online the day prior and the pick up process was unbelievably easy. They sent a code on my receipt and I entered it and the pizza came out. Definitely reccomend!

Everytime I go in employees are playing around in the back. They don't even acknowledge that you are the eventhough they are looking at you. PelCustomers walk in to pick up there online order not even ready they still have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. A manager needs to be on sight.

Worst Little Cesar's within 20 miles of Crosby. The pizza is never cut all the way through. They never have orders ready on time. This location doesn't follow hot and ready standards, and then the staff proceeds to be rude when you point that out. I think it's time this location either close permanently due to terrible service and standards for the brand, or start from scratch with who works here. Sadly, you can't hire anyone to do a decent job anymore. This place is filled with nothing but laziness, rudeness, and the worst customer service I've seen in a while. They should be lucky that this evening I didn't get all 8 employees names or they would be posted here too!!
