This is my favorite spot after my workout for protein/fiber packed food/drinkThey stop selling the muffins and most of their cookies, also the customer service was horrible this am, one lady was cutting bread and never spoke, never said "good morning, someone will be with you in a moment". What was the issue? I hope it wasn't because she didn't speak English but this would not surprise me because the restaurants in Houston have non English people serving youRidiculous

I went to Panera around 1:00 PM Sunday April 7th & I must say the service was extremely poor. Starting with the rude cashier girl plus no printing paper to print even the receipt. Then I went to the women's rest room & the door lock was malfuntioning, broken tiles on the wall, no paper towels to wipe hands. Then they took 30 min to bring me a sandwich & I asked with no cheese & the sandwich was full of cheese. Utensils section was not stocked properly with no lids for the cups or even napkins. Poorly maintained place. Will avoid going there for some time.

Ordered the baha bowl through GrubHub.I guess this location thinks that because the paying customer isn't there and can't check the order, they can give you whatever.The bowl was cold and missing ingredients like tomatoes and feta cheese.Got a refund and won't order from here again. Get it together!!

I’ve been recently here moments ago to pick up an order on behalf of Uber. They are delivery, signed, specifically says for DoorDash and Uber drivers to pick up at the register. The young lady saw me come in, did not greet me at all, completely ignored me and continued to help people that arrived in the store. After me I had to stop an employee that was working on the floor to ask for assistance, and he brought me to the back counter, where dine in orders pick up

We have been at home sick a friend placed an order for two bowls of soup, not less than two cups bread not wrapped and was to hard to break in general the most disgusting food I've ever received. TotL health Hazzard. Will never go there or order from there again. Definitely not comfort food.
The food is great, when they fix it correctly (which is rare). It is the worst customer service of any restaurant in the area. If they are out of something, they fix it differently without informing you or offering a replacement. You have to check your order and unwrap all your food before you leave the restaurant. If they mess up, they never admit it and rarely give a refund. So sad because it is one of the only healthier options in the area, but I will not order from this location again. Portions are getting smaller and smaller every time I order. You pay over $3.50 for chicken on a salad and get about 4 small bite size strips of chicken. Management needs a complete overhaul and owners need to be more in the loop about their inexcusably awful customer service.

Good location next to more restaurants and shops. The service was slow. They seemed to be confused. Would order ahead through app maybe that would be better.
