It gets 3 stars because the drinks were actually good. Customer service gets a 1. My kids and I walked in and NO ONE greeted us. 2 more customers walked in and they were greeted. A gentleman who looks to be the owner went over a listed of items that were available and walked away. I was disappointed for my first experience.

This is a great place for lunch or a snack. I don't recommend being there after school unless you're a student. It's a great place for youngsters to go after school and visit. I'm sure they love it. I love the coffee and sandwiches!

Called before hand asking what time the establishment closed and the gentleman said inside 8pm, drive through 8:30pm. We made the drive and got there at 8:15pm and everything was off.... Seems like this is a reoccurring issue with previous post.

Walked in at 7:30pm (place closes at 8pm) and the girls there told me they could make half the things on the menu because "they cleaned the machines" when I said that was ridiculous if you close at 8pm and they both said it was the "owners' rules"! Horrible customer service.

We love the mocha frappes which can be sweetened to your ? content,non dairy options,and oh the teas they amaze me. We have had the waffles and desserts ? that includes ice cream and drizzle with whip cream fizzled on top.☺️ Always friendly, fresh and you can Sweetly ESCAPE?? ☕️ Parking: Easy pull up and drive through optionsKid-friendliness: Board games, books, area to talk, read or sit on the patio. If your children are smaller it’s safer inside due to cars in the business parking area. Clean restrooms.

Great place with cute decorations and games to play. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are clean. Even if they happen to be out of something they give wonderful recommendations and help me find something I enjoy. All around wonderful store and staff!
Pros: plenty of parking, drive thru window, plenty of seating in the front and back, comfortable couches in the back, lots of board games that you can borrow while there, clean bathrooms, pleasant employeesCons: out of half their memu, no savory foodI must have rotten timing because every time I go they're out of almost half their drink menu. I really like their seating and atmosphere. I wish they at least had popcorn chicken so my friends and I could have something to munch on while hanging out.
