Did breakfast. Buffet, overpriced. Food was luke warm. Service was slow at best. Requested coffee three times. Was charged for credit card fee before I even checked out. I paid cash. Will not be back. Buffet was way over priced. $14 for luke warm and under provided food.

We made a quick trip to Athens and wanted a good breakfast. The Athens Cafe gave us what we were looking for! I had the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs. The batter is great, and the gravy was perfect. Both our eggs came out as we had requested. Toast, grits, bacon, and tomatoes were all good! Really good coffee! We would definitely suggest stopping by if you are in the area.

Great service early morningScrambled egg, beacon, toast with coffee. Very friendly staff. They are open from as early as 6am weekly. Customer based mostly local people. Everyone seems to know everyone. Great menu variaty price $-$$

Got a bbq sandwich and homefries.much more food than I expected.sandwich was good,homefries even better.didnt get the special which was a home burger and fries .if the burger was as big as the bbq sandwich ,its a good deal.

Came into seeing food left on the table with no one cleaning it. The waitress that seated us (which turn out to be ours), sat us right next to the dirty table. We gave our drink order she served another table drinks and chips then ours promptly. She came back to take our orders. About 15 mins after we came in did any of the now 4 tables of food left uncleaned before anyone started to clean them up? She even sat a serving tray on a table with leftover food.
