I've gotten a couple drinks where they obviously did not shake the non dairy milk and my drink was oily and ick BUT they are happy to fix it and very friendly and fast.

Never enough employees to fill the online orders and work the walk ins. Very nice people though, but shut the online orders down if you can't get them out the door in a timely manner

Tried to use a gift card that a guest gave us. It was not activated but the employee and manager certainly tried to help and they were unpleasant.

I have done mobile order twice with pick up inside. Both times ready and done as ordered. Clean and friendly.

Every time my family and I go there I never a line and we always have to wait @ least 20 minutes and still have to walk back to the counter to ask where our order is; however this time was even worse! We walked in and walked straight to the counter and there were two employees standing there talking and they. Continued to do so for another 5 minutes while we stood there waiting to have our order taken. Then the girl who actually took our order then took the trash out then came back and took our order. We ordered 1 small drink and a chocolate cake pop. There was one in the case, and we never seen her again! Then the drink was ready they didn't call our name they just sat it on the counter, then we waited another 10 minutes for my son's cake pop the last chocolate one mind you,. Then we again had to go ask where it was and the girl who was working the drive thru came over and I asked if we could get his cake pop and what do you know that the chocolate was gone it had been given to someone else that ordered after us through the drive thru! Now the girl who was working the drive thru was amazing and made it as right as she could! So thank you to her! But we will not ever go in again only thru the drive thru

I've ordered a couple times in this location and I've always had the sane issue. Anything I order I'll get no ice yes, I get charged $1.25 more. Not the problem the problem is when I get my drink it's literally almost halfway filled. This is every single time. I'm guessing they are making up for the no ice. But why are they charging extra?

Ordered a Venti drink, the cup was half full. I questioned why the cup was not full, she shrugged her shoulders. Spent $8.92. Will never go back.

I used to love coming to this location, but something has changed. The atmosphere is so sterile now. There isn't personality here anymore. The baristas seem robotic like, and miserable. It's been like this for about a month. I will be choosing elsewhere to sit for my studies.

I came into the store yesterday and was trying to pick up my mobile order. I figured that there would be a long line in the drive thru but there wasn’t. Since I’m disabled, it would be a easier for me. Ed was taking my info & informed me that I would have need to circle & pull back to the speaker. I said there is NO ONE here.So we pulled up to the window & just wanted our money back. By this point, things had gotten heated and she said she can’t do that in the drive thru.I pulled in and as soon as we walked in,we were met with such venom from Casey. I told her that this customer service is why people were using the local places. The first thing out of her mouth was that Treehouse serves coffee.I proceeded to the cash register & as I was trying to get a refund, Casey continued her tirade. I told her multiple times I didn’t want to talk to her to defuse the situation. She just kept right on doing it.I spoke with Alex Briones, the store manager that afternoon & he was very apologetic. He had spoke to corporate about the situation. They wound up giving us our drink order today for free.What I don’t understand is that no one even acknowledges customers when they walk in. It was like such an unfriendly vibe. The manager said that he was sent from corporate for the way the “associates” were running the business.Casey & Ed were both in and neither even apologized. There was also problems with the refund.

These have to be THE slowest most unorganized barista’s ever. I placed my order via the mobile app & purposely waited 15 minutes past my designated pick up time & still had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order! There were 3 ppl inside that were obviously frustrated b/c of the wait time. Meanwhile the barista’s appeared confused & had absolutely ZERO sense of urgency.On 2 separate occasions while picking up my order in the drive through the barista at the window had dirty fingernails ?? Rather than handling my cup from the side he cradled it by the mouth piece. That was a waste of $14 b/c I refuse to drink from a cup that has been handled by someone who obviously hasn’t washed their hands. This location needs HELP!
