Thank you for hosting our baseball team tonight! The food is amazing and the atmosphere and family that own it are great. I couldn't decide betraying pulled pork and crawfish etouffe. Settled on the etouffe, it is delicious.
EXCELLENT crawfish! I love the seasoning and the dipping sauce! Just finished 5 lbs right out of the cooker. It was hot, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cooking crawfish perfectly is an art and these folks are artists!
