Mostly for gifts or events. Not worth it I'd you are looking for a desert for yourself.Price: each ball is basically $5 for a bite size piece. Modestly 4 per person $20+ per person so rather expensive. I wish they offered an extra ball in a cardboard box instead of some pointless decorative case with each order.Quality: the texture and quality was really good and consistent. Most of the flavors were unremarkable and similar. Though if you like subtle desserts than it is nice. To me desert is supposed to be decadent.Overall the experience was overpriced and unremarkable. It seems this is a product designed mostly for corporate events and such, where I'm sure they are a big hit.

I recently tried Austin Cake Ball for the first time and I was blown away by the quality and taste of their products. The cake balls were moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. I especially loved the variety of flavors they offered, from classic chocolate and vanilla to more unique flavors like red velvet and lemon.The ordering process was easy and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me with my order and making sure I received it on time.

Terrible cake pops. Even worse service - do they train or pick the staff on their lack of people skills? Bc it really seems like it. I can see this place thriving in another city but not in austin where there’s so many way better options.
Easy online ordering option, delivered on time and packaged beautifully. Only feedback is that the Nutella cake balls tasted nothing like Nutella. Otherwise, really fun concept, unique, and flavorful (chocolate, vanilla, and carrot). Support local!

Which are prepared and ready to be packed in a refillable copper style tin!!! Total win!! Bring your tin back and refill!! Today I went to their bakery and totally walked away cake ball happy. I've also ordered on line on previous occasions and delivery was completed has planned.

I live in NY and had the cake balls delivered to my fiancé and his bachelor party staying in Austin! I wanted to do something nice for him and needed to act quickly! I ordered a few dozen of the cake balls and they were seriously hand delivered to him within an hour and a half! They came so nicely packaged and the good lookin groom collection was soooo cute! I am so appreciative of the quick delivery and that fact that I got to surprise him with a little something special! All the guys were raving about how tasty they were!
