All I have to say is, OMG!! The BEST carrot cheesecake I have ever ordered and ate ? blows my mind! The right amount of sweet, the cake is light and fluffy, not dry at all and the cheesecake is smooth and creamy. I had an up coming visit to the state park and I was looking for a carrot cheesecake for my son's birthday; I came across a glowing review on Google for Austintatious Cheesecake. I figured I'd be in the area so I'd reach out to see if I could order and pick up on a Sunday before heading back to Fort Worth. Ordering was super easy, did everything by email, made arrangements to pick up and pay on Sunday. If I lived closer I would be in trouble because this cheesecake haunts you! I can't wait to make a road trip and pick up another. ????

My friend had the Nutella strawberry for his birthday and it was so good. It was so good I decided to order the Key Lime Cheesecake for my birthday and OMG. DELISH. Light and Fluffy not dense like the cheesecake from wholefoods etc. and perfect kiss of key lime flavoring. Next time I order I want to do a "build your own cheesecake" with salted caramel batter and Oreos! YUM.
