the girl at the front with short curly hair & the one with highlights are really sweet and they try to understand people when they don't speak Vietnamese please keep them Bambu!! they are sweetest girls out of all the employees And btw the Mango halo halo & bambu combo is really Good in this place!!

Place was empty when we got here - should've taken that as a sign! The tea was decent but the boba was quite hard. We also ordered chè; although it was okay, it took 15 minutes to get out, even though we were the only customers in the store.

I had asked the employee if she could re make my pandan waffle and she then went to ask another girl to help since the waffle appeared undercooked. When the girl came back said that’s how they are, have you ever had Mochi? My family and I have been coming here for a few years and they have not been that way, this must be a new recipe. She put her fingers all in the waffle and said she could re heat it longer after touching and playing with the container. I told her she had put her fingers all in it and said “so I have gloves and they’re clean”. Very rude and not understanding and also touching our food with her “gloved”hands. She could’ve just gave us a refund or offered to make a whole new one. We won’t be coming back. Also the tapioca was very hard. If I was the owner I would want to know that my business is not being run by very kind or understanding people. I paid 6.00 for it and it ended up being thrown in the trash. Horrible experience.

I wonder why this store is not busy while the one i visitted in Houston was. I went in and order vietnamese coffee, tipped $1 but never got a thank you. After 10 minutes there is nothing at the pick up station while the store was not busy at all. The staff knew that i was waiting but didnt say nothing. I went to the other side ( not where pick up station is) and found that my coffee has been there, nobody said anything when my order is ready. Also they didnt have small straw , said they ran out ( what a joke, a drink store ran out of straw....) i will never come back here

Place has gone down hell. Took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and once we got them, completely tasted different from before. On top of that, my drink comes out warm when it’s supposed to be cold. Overall terrible experience especially when you can hear people in the back saying they were confused on how to also make the drink.

I feel the same as some of the reviewers,I have been going here for about 7 years now and recently went again to order the same Coffee I get every single time and has been very consistent. It was unfortunately not the same experience this time. The drink tasted completely different as if I had ordered a different drink. Tasted very watered down and the size got way smaller. Sad to hear one of my goto places got a new ownership and decided to change everything.
This place used to be the highlight of my weekends for years. Now, there is a new ownership and new non-asian employees. HORRIBLE drinks, smell, and ambiance. How do you mess up avocado smoothies? It's a smoothie man... Don't see anymore asian people around, seems others feel the same. New owners completely ruined an amazing Vietnamese shop. Got me mourning like an old friend died man..

WORST place ever! Lady who works up front, she's new ok get it but the "manager" i don't know if she's the manager but she's the lady in back making the drinks, is so rude and has the worst attitude!!! The waffles are terrible, she tried to tell me they are like that (as in chewy) no! they were like eating play-doh... very very NASTY! The chairs and tables are so nasty! I don't know when the last time they cleaned the tables and chairs... The bathroom is almost as bad a porta potty.. We use to always come to this place but now would never recommend the place to anyone!

They closed 35 minutes early, so. My family of four hand no after dinner dessert or drinks……. Very disappointed as we rushed the end of dinner to get there before they closed.

Today, we stopped by for a few snacks!After leaving, my son realized he left his phone. Long story short, the very nice gentleman working the counter helped us recover it from an older gentleman that had taken it off the table. Not sure he was trying to steal It or not but THANK YOU to the employee that helped us recover it! Without his help, my son wouldn’t have felt comfortable confronting the older man!
