The BISCUITS!!! They are just so good! If you like biscuits, this is a must try place. They are baked to perfection!Not only are you eating a biscuit, but it’s a biscuit in the form of a sandwich. Could that get any better!?When visiting, there is a kiosk outside where you place your order. Once your order is ready, you will pick it up at the window.For this visit, I had the Bird Bird Bacon! What was really nice was that when placing my order at the kiosk, I was able to select what kind of egg I’d like, and items I would like to add or remove. Very easy to order the sandwich to my preference.The sandwich was delicious, and kept me full until late in the day.I highly recommend! I can’t wait to come back, and try the Firebird Chicken sandwich.

Hands down the best chicken biscuit I’ve ever had!! The biscuits are HUGE (the photo really doesn’t capture how absolutely massive and heavy it was) flaky, buttery, and moist and the chicken is fried really well—it even stays crispy after a 15 min drive! The fries had a deliciously addictive seasoning but could’ve been crispier. I also appreciated that everything was packed in a way that maintains the crispiness/freshness of sandwich. In general, you can tell they really consider the little details that make a restaurant great. Also the woman managing the orders was so so kind—on a previous visit I saw her give an older woman a free coffee since she was waiting in the cold. It was really nice to see that kind of attitude :)PS their homemade sauces (dill mayo that was like a pickle/garlic flavored aioli and a smoky, spicy bacon infused chipotle) are a must try if you’re a sauce lover like me!

Fries were really good. The chicken biscuits were just ok and way over priced for what they are. No customer restrooms so they act like they are doing you a favor to come in and use the employee restroom.

I really wish they had a vegan option but spoke to someone today and sounds like they’re definitely thinking of adding some. Maybe team up with Community Vegan or Rebel Cheese for their vegan biscuits? I’m still giving 5 stars because my husband loves BBB and they have plenty of delicious combos. I had it before I couldn’t eat egg, dairy, or chicken and the portions are huge and everything was always hot and fresh. Would love to order from here again one day. Looking forward to the vegan options!

Everything about this place is amazing! I tried it for the first time this weekend and I am hooked. Never knew this place existed until I was scrolling the internet. I will be back!Parking: They have plenty of parking in front and on the side of the restaurant, plus plenty of street parking.

The first spot my hubby & I found on our month long stay in Austin. DEF WORTH IT! I went the breakfast route and he went Firebird. They were phenomenal. We shared a biscuit & gravy. The pepper flavor was great. Different than back home but just as good. We will go back before we leave!
