Ordered a 4x tender and a chicken sandwich, chicken felt half cooked but hot and fresh, two orders of fries, one was pefrect and the other was barely salted and limp. Sweet Tea was 100% perfect and always has been. Overall, not much to brag about, average Bush's.

We get bush’s probably once or twice a month for the past 5 years. Always #10, the 15 pc family pack. This is now the 3rd or 4th occasion in the last 6 months that we get 2 or 3 pcs of dried, shriveled, overcooked(?) pcs. This is a $45 order so it’s not cheap. Will have to look for a new venue.
I've never heard of Bush's Chicken before, but I saw they have fried chicken livers so I had to check it out. Jeremiah took care of me and was very polite and had a great attitude. Usually younger folks working at fast food restaurants seem to not give a hoot about being polite and respectful, so encountering Jeremiah was a very pleasant surprise. Now I'm chomping down on some freshly fried chicken livers and couldn't be more pleased! Will definitely be back in the future.

The dark meat seems much tastier than the white meat. Service was excellent and everyone was nice. It was more clean than the average restaurant. Sides were decent. Price was below average. 3 piece (your choice), plus side and large drink is $11.
Chicken is okay. Nothing special a little bland. I order mash potatoes and they gave my French fries instead. The man working the line also went on his break while I was waiting to order. When he came back he took another persons order even know I had been waiting for 10 min. Wont be back.

I think it’s time for me to find a new chicken place. I ordered the 30 tenders meal with sweet tea $61.14. I notice before leaving that they forgot the rolls, (2nd week in a row) so I went inside and asked for the rolls. He didn’t apologize just handed me the box of rolls. When I got home I counted the chicken tenders, 21 pieces and 2 large containers of gravy.I don’t know if it’s new management or untrained staff, but the service and quality have dropped while the prices have gone up dramatically. I understand inflation, however I expect to get what I pay for!
