My order was completely wrong. Ordered from the specials and the guy didn't seem to know what they were. I don't know what I ended up with but it was horrible. I didn't order anything with mocha and both drinks had it. Brown sugar all over the cup.Threw it out. Pumpkin bread was good. Won't be back which is sad because I am looking for a local coffee shop

When you think “I want to meet up with people and enjoy some coffee and maybe a taco, but I don’t want a burned cup of coffee or a milkshake disguised as coffee, or a red bull with added sugar..” this is the place. I’m not naming names though.

Great coffee shop to work remotely! This place has plenty of tables and chair for you to grab coffee and work remotely by yourself our with your coworkers. The coffee is nothing spectacular but also wasn't bad either. They also have pastries and sandwiches that can fill your belly if you're looking for something to eat as well.

So I’d give the coffee 1 star and the space 4-5 stars for both being one of the few shops I’ve found around the area where you can lounge out and get work done that’s not a corporate Starbucks or other chain. I’d say give it a try and maybe it varies by drink but I got a small americano and it was the most watered down drink ever. A light yellow color and basically felt like drinking hot water, barely any coffee flavor. Maybe I’ll just get some straight espresso shots to compare because I feel like it was maybe a half espresso shot and then 12 oz of water in my drink. Bad coffee really affects my mood ? but I’d like to be objective and mention that it’s a good space and likely has other better drink/menu options that are worth it
I need to preface this by saying I only had an espresso coffee here. It could be just that guy who made my coffee. He didn't seem to know how to make espresso. It was by far one of the worst espresso I paid for. Bitter and too much water at the same time. I had so much expectation for this place... Good location and ambiance though. Might have good food. I never tried it.

Reviews looked good so I tried it out but they got my order wrong and I was the only one in line! I said matcha green tea when I ordered and repeated it when I paid, emphasizing green again but 7 minutes later, he hands me a Chai. I saw Chai written on it and as I reached for it I said green matcha yeah? to which he nodded yes. Nope. Still a Chai. Any more times clarifying and I would have been a nag so I drank it and it was good. Just not what I ordered and not spicy enough but there are plenty of tables and space inside to work so I'll try again....we all have our off days:)

This place was a perfect stop for some light reading. There's tons of seating for groups and individuals. They have a pretty large coffee menu and some baked goods. I got banana bread and a hot apple cider, which I don't even drink cider, and it was really good.I've been meaning to try this place for a while, but I'm a regular at mojos, so it's hard when they're right across the street. However, mojos doesn't even have a dining room like illuminate.
A really nice little neighborhood shop. Their roasts are always really great, and they have my favorite cold brew in town.
