Honestly, the food is great and staff are amazing. I come back because of the people. Jay and the other staff like David really serve with a smile and create a nice environment and overalll experience. A great place with staff who care.

The food was excellent and fresh. I really appreciated the help of the staff I wasn't too familiar with the place and I didn't know what to get but they had the best recommendations. I think her name was Laila, she was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff but she helped me make my bowl. Definitely will be visiting again soon!

I ordered delivery through their website and received my order from DoorDash. They did not give me the side I ordered (completely left out) and didn’t make the bowl with the ingredients requested. Portions of the other ingredients were also ridiculously small. I got the chicken and roasted veggies and had like 3 pieces of chicken, 1 big piece of cauliflower, and 2 chunks of Brussels sprouts. That’s it. Super disappointing first experience with this place.

I have been to this location very few times in the past and this most recent time made me never want to go back. The environment was so negative. I ordered a full order of pita chips and crazy feta. i received 4 chips and when I asked for the full order they told me they will have to charge me if I wanted more. On top of that the crazy feta was 1/4th full in the container. The bathrooms are disgusting and the trash is always full.

This was my first time trying CAVA and needless to say, it did not disappoint. I've never had Mediterranean food, so I had no idea what to get as there are so many options, but Jalyssa was absolutely so helpful and kind with suggesting what options I should try out. She definitely made my first experience here as enjoyable as possible, and good thing she was there to guide me because my bowl turned out AMAZING. Great experience overall and will definitely be coming back here!!!
