I really don't like giving bad reviews, but cheez whiz, I've just got to here. Charlie's something other than cheese and steak. Is that dried protein stuff from a cow? It's like a hideous lab experiment gone wrong. Not Incredible Meat, maybe they could brand it Inedible Meat. I just pray nothing died to make that sandwich. Now THAT would be a tragedy!

This place has definitely went cheap. I orders a sandwich that was steak and I asked for chicken and they charged me more. They gave me a sprinkle of fries and they are $3!!! There's no fry seasoning anymore so extremely bland and all the employees are super rude.i complained right infront of the owner and he wants to act like he can't hear or see me. Good job!

This review is for the Charley’s at 2701 S I-35 (inside the Walmart by 45 & 35. This location is so new that it’s not in the (Google maps) system, yet. Anyway, it was what I totally expect from a Philly cheesesteak. Yum!For purists to know, besides the cheese and steak, this sandwich has lettuce, a tomato, and a pickle but does NOT have sautéed onions, sautéed bell peppers, nor sautéed mushrooms. Also, I could not taste any mayonnaise it might have had.

This is for the Round Rock location in Walmart (Intersection of I35 and 45)They were disorganized and didn't communicate well with each other causing problems with the orders. The guy at the register was not paying attention and miscounted the change due. We had to wait for the next customer to pay because he couldn't open the register again to correct his mistake. The food just wasn't that great and they forgot to add the cheesewhiz to my friend's steak.The cook handed us Icee cups because the guy at the register forgot to give us our drinks and then he was confused when I asked him for lids. It was honestly a bit of chaos but we kept calm and got our food to go. Cost too much money for what we received. I probably won't return. Date of service 03/30/23 - Order #87

food was ok no trays they just put the food on top of the fries didnt give you napkins or utencles without asking and the cook is the most misrable person ive ever seen in a food place didnt speak barly and lookd like he didnt want to be there totaly runed the atmosphere and the girl at the register allso seemed like she didnt realy want to be there only reason id go back is the food is ok not the best though (im from philadelpiha where the real cheesestake is fro ) and other reviews show that the customer service is lacking in the cashier
