This location is over the top filthy. Grossly mismanaged and over staffed. I tried to give this location a fair shake with maybe “they’re too busy”, or “maybe they’re short staffed” but after the 4th attempt….. it boils down to management. The guy with the moonstone jewelry had amazing service, a great attitude, and amazing efficiency while still prioritizing every customer. Management seems to need some work as the location was understaffed.

I like Chipotle and eat there regularly. But this location is by far the worst one I’ve been to in Austin. It is absolutey filthy - tables and floors are covered with leftover food. There’s spilled liquid on the floor too.This is the third and final time I’ll eat here.
