My gbaby love Chucky Cheese. Location on Louis Henna always clean and working arcade games. Also games are really cheap and great place for toddlers. Matter if fact me and my grandson have a date to go this weekend

Just had our daughters 3rd birthday party here this morning and we had a really fantastic experience. Madeline was our party host and she was so communicative and attentive with such a positive attitude! In my 7 years of motherhood this was the first time I wasn't stressed to the core during one of my children's birthday party's!The pizza was fresh, hot, and surprisingly not as greasy as I remembered it being. It also tasted good! The salad bar was fresh and everyone enjoyed their meals.I will say the upgrades to the facility and their party schedules/package really makes for a great deal.

Celebrated a birthday party here, the waitress helping us was named WINTER, she gave horrible customer service, was very slow with everything, she would forget about everything so I kept having to remind her 3-4 times about anything that I asked about. When it was time to sing happy birthday, she didn’t even wait for the birthday boy to be there, I had to stop her and let her know he was in the restroom, I said it was okay for her to cut the cake but she did a terrible job completely ruined the cake. We had plenty of time left and she kept rushing everything which was very annoying. She would interrupt our family even while filming memory videos. I hope that anyone who is booking a party here requests someone else besides WINTER. Very disappointed in her mannerism and service. Also, she made everything more complicated than what it was. A family member said she over heard WINTER speaking bad about our party as well. I also hope that she is fired since she’s not well fit for this job from what it looked like.

First time visiting. Was invited to a B/D party. Pizza was excellent, the hot wings were delicious but just a tad high on the cost. The kids were totally excited and definitely enjoying all the activities, machines, and atmosphere. Perfect for families to have their kids birthday party. The staff were totally impressive in their different tasks and swell to the kids. They have to be a special breed of employees with a lot of patience (lol),that's for sure, in dealing with the noise and the kids. A little high ended for my budget but well worth it for the kids. Well recommended for your kids birthday!!Vegetarian options: Can't say, I'm not a vegetarianParking: No issues!Kid-friendliness: In this particular locationWheelchair accessibility: Couldn't tell you

My granddaughter had a blast here! I loved that I could pay for hours of play time instead of paying per swipe. The little one loved the pizza and the salad bar looked pretty fresh, although I didn't eat there.It got busy, but didn't feel overcrowded.

My kid loves coming here. The pizza was pretty good and we love the time play card vs paying for tokens.The service is what brings my rating down. Employees that are not quick to help and have a poor attitude does not make me want to frequent this location.The best service I received was from a young man helping with the prize counter. He was the only friendly employee I encountered during my visit.

Took our granddaughter here for a fun day out. She had a blast. Pizza was as good as I remembered it being. Only negative thing was the cleanliness. They could've used a little help in that area.
