I was waiting for the day Civil Goat would become too busy to maintain their customer service...... today is that day!I went from being greeted by my first name when walking in to getting a cold Americano put out at the window (I'm sitting inside) and when I asked for a mug (I ordered it that way) .... I got. "Fine here, take this one... we just don't have people to wash them"....So I'm drinking my cold Americano that I poured myself in a mug feeling kinda sad that the place has completely changed

This is normally our favorite place to go! Love the atmosphere, the staff, the food, and the customers. With that being said, the management needs to appreciate that even for loyal customers, it's extremely frustrating when there is no food, or no açaí, or no anything because it didn't get ordered or delivered or whatever the reason. This has happened on more than one occasion. One would think a customer would at least be offered a cup of coffee for the inconvenience or a discount the next time or something to show the management cared about customer loyalty. But most of all it would be nice if the company could fill their orders or provide a phone number so customers could find out when there might be food again.

My local coffee spot! Great coffee and food, friendly and personable staff (including the goat), nice new covered deck area and extended open air space. They also sell their own beans for when I don't have time to stop in and get my fix.Parking: Never had trouble parking in the lot. Small lot in front, and large lot to the side. Side lot is gravel/dirt and not ideal for a freshly washed car or lowered vehicles.

I love civil goat. I'm here more than I'm at my own house. I love butters. If I could buy civil goat to take with me to college I would. Kendrick and edger put me on a chocolate matcha and I now can say that's the only thing I drink. Also Hunter is pretty cool too but not as cool as Kendrick and edger. Anyways I figured I leave a review. I love civil
