What a loss to the Mueller and Windsor park area. One of the few cool restaurants in the areas

My favorite item was the roasted squash salad! I'll definitely order it again. We also enjoyed the white bean dip, crispy green beans, and burger. Overall, a great place to check out during the happy hour. They have plenty of parking and patio space.

A must try in Austin! I recommend the crispy green beans, so good! The white bean dip with duck fat was amazing too, the quail entree was delicious but a bit too spicy for me. Get the bees keepers cocktail so yummy and we'll balanced! Super friendly staff with big patio space which allows dogs, was a great experience!

We had a November family birthday dinner at Contigo and they delivered. This is such a quintessential Austin-style establishment--casual and cool, mostly outdoors with some shelter and heat if needed, great for date night or families with kids at the same time, creative menus with fresh locally sourced ingredients. We had great drinks, appetizers and entrees. We live nearby and it is a favorite. They also have.a super nice happy hour that is usually available without reservations in their fairly large yard space.

This is a nice place with a nice atmosphere. I would go back. The food is good, but for some reason the taste was just short of what I expected.I suppose the best way to explain it is that the atmosphere is fantastic, the drinks were great, excellent service... and the food was good.-With our green bean appetizer (tempura style) I had the old fashion and my wife tried the agave margarita. My wife enjoyed the green beans, I don't prefer tempura eats so not my fav.-For Dinner I ordered the Tri-Steak, Medium Rare (spot on). My wife had the impossible burger and fries. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner, but it was the weakest link of the night.

food was raw and not enough, it was 40 of us and what was paid was not really worth it

I love contigo so much - especially for their happy hour. Vibes are great, food and drink delish - and everybody working there is great. The hostess couldn't be more welcoming and our waitress was extremely fun as well!! Shout out Julia and molly!!

Not going to order takeout from here again. I arrived on time for pickup, but the food obviously sat for some time. $28 for tepid rubbery fish and $15 for cold burger and fries is disappointing.

So disappointed tonight. My husband and I went knowing we wouldn't get seats and would have to sit in the bar food area. This was fine. Went to order at bar and noticed two seats at the bar ... which meant full menu. I asked bar tender and she said yes, we could order as long as we were sitting at bar. So I walked over to sit and saw one of the waitresses pull a stool away so there was only one chair available. Then bar tender was like... oh no, seats not available. Saw them chucking....I'm not stupid. So disappointed. An eye opener to their true beliefs. Don't bother coming here.

Nice atmosphere for drinks after walking the dog at the park across the street. Food is ok but nothing worth the price. Bartenders are great!

Have been coming here for years. Recently, food quality has taken a dive, service has suffered, and the owners seem to have become complacent. I hope they’re able to turn it around soon.

Came here as a guest for a rehearsal dinner recently and really enjoyed it. We were immediately greeted at the entrance by a hip, friendly hostess, and since we arrived early, decided to sit in the outdoor patio bar area. Lots of outdoor seating with shady trees and cozy string lighting. You place your order at the bar and receive your drinks there. I love Old Fashioneds and they offered two... one traditional and one with Smokey mezcal which I thoroughly enjoyed, and turned a few others in our party onto. The private party area is a cute fenced off area right by the bar with several picnic tables. The service was friendly and efficient... drinks were replaced when low and we were never without water. Empty plates never sat around long. The food was excellent. We started off with a house special hummus (spinach and artichoke?) sprinkled with fresh dill, accompanied by toast points and vegetable fritters. This was delicious and I nearly licked the plate! Next came the arugula salad that had these wonderful crisped garbanzo beans. The main course consisted of tri tip with chimichurri sauce and trout, paired with roasted broccoli and potatoes... WOW!!! I loved every bite of this. The tri tip was prepared perfectly medium rare/rare and bursting with flavor. Dessert was good but didn't blow me away like the starter or main (a horchata cake with peaches). If I'm ever back in the Austin area I would definitely return! Great food, great service, great ambiance... a gem!!

Loved happy hour here! Great deals for drinks and snacks. We sat outside on a quiet Friday afternoon. Really beautiful atmosphere. A little rain storm came through and they happily moved us inside. I liked the wine selection. Hubs liked the frozen drinks. First time finding fried cheese curds outside of the Midwest -- good stuff! Green beans were a delight. Would come back to try their dinner menu.

Went today for drinks. Asked for a table. Was told they we going only sit at bar despite entire restaurant being empty. Incredulous, I left and called to see if tables were available. I asked for a table for 4 and said we could be accommodated if we came soon. Never have I been treated this way. We were a group of two soon to be four. Two gay men first. No idea why this would happen and I will never, ever return.
