Cuantas Hamburguesas The hamburgers we here were so unique and so tasty. The burgers are similar in size to fast food burgers, but the quality is much higher. I tried the Sinchronizada and the campechana burger - and both were fantastic ! I preferred the campechana burger , the chorizo was subtle in flavor and so unique. The fries were very large in quantity and super cheap too ($2). Can't wait to come back and try more!

My Chef hubby loves smashburgers, me not so much. ATX is shoving down my throat. Might as well try as many as I can. Patties were super juicy and flavored well. I'm particular so I was basic and got the Americana with grilled onions and bacon. Hubby got the Hawaiian & Chorizo burgers. He thought they were great. Absolutely get the fries! So much flavor. Would absolutely eat there again.

Astounded by the weird pettiness and entitlement in some of the 3 star reviews. It’s a fantastic burger from a trailer. What more do you folks want? Anyways, I’d recommend trying it yourself because this is one of the most reasonably priced burgers in Austin. The bonus is that it’s probably in the top ten in terms of taste and originality.

The flavors of the Campechana hamburguesa were on point -- it's unfortunate the bun was stale and dry. The nixtamal corn tortilla holding the burger atop the sad bun was a nice treat, and how can you go wrong with chorizo. I'm hopeful Cuantas ups their bun game, which could turn this into a stellar experience. The fries were outstanding. Fried in beef tallow lends to a super unctuous flavor profile.Parking: Small lot

Cuantas Hamburguesas has been on my list to try since they opened a few months ago but sadly it didn't live up to the hype. The prices are great but the actual burgers are pretty average. In full transparency, I took my food home to avoid eating outside because it was 35 degrees out so my ratings and overall experience could be skewed (but if you're wanting to take your food to go, it's worth noting the risks!). FAST FACTS: * Parking: small dirt lot with additional street parking * Online ordering: schedule a pick up time on their website * Closed on Sunday and Monday * Arbor Food Park is dog friendly and BYOB friendly * Plenty of picnic tables and tree shade I visited on a Saturday around 7:20 pm and there was no line (it was pretty cold out). It took 12 minutes for my order to be ready which wasn't bad. PRICING - Very reasonable! The total for two burgers and fries was $17.25 before tip. CAMPECHANA (6/10) - The chorizo is the dominant flavor. Don't get me wrong, it's a great flavor but the burger patty was pretty flavorless. I kept peeking at the tortilla to try and find the cheese that was mentioned in the description but it was nowhere to be found. The mayo is delicious but be prepared for your bun to disintegrate RAPIDLY! HAWAIIANA (6.5/10) - I was more excited about the Campechana but this one ended up being my favorite of the two. Again, the burger patties were pretty boring but the pickled jalapeños paired so well with the ham and pineapple. I also felt like you got more with this one despite it costing slightly less. PAPAS FRITAS (3/10) - These smelled AMAZING but were a huge disappointment... as soon as I opened the bag, I could tell they were pretty soggy and lifeless. Again, this could be a result of taking the food to go but I don't think I've ever seen fries get that soggy that fast if they were crispy to begin with. If you want an affordable, mediocre smashburger with some unique topping combos, Cuantas will get the job done... just don't expect it to look like the pictures you see on Instagram or blow you away in the flavor department.

I grew up in Mexico so was excited to see a Mexican burger joint. Checking their social, they looked legit. I ordered three different burgers, and the flavor was not great. Ingredient quality is good, but something about the flavor just didn't hit the spot. This was the same on all three burgers, so I assume it's something they add to the beef, or something else all of their burgers have in common. They were also quite salty. I really wanted to like this place but I'd be lying if I said I enjoyed my burgers. They were edible, but tasted nothing like legit Mexican style burgers, which I think is fair to judge them on since that's one of their main selling points: "Mexican style" burgers.

Bomb burger and fries for 10 bucks?? Far too rare to find in Austin these days. This place delivers.

Was expecting more, the burger just didn’t hit like I thought it would after all the hype by food critics saying one of best burgers in Austin.

Cuantas Hamburguesas is not your average food truck—it's a rolling flavor fiesta that brings personality to every bite. The name, a playful nod asking "How many burgers," sets the stage for the culinary adventure that follows. My taste buds danced with joy as I savored the Americana, a classic that's anything but ordinary. What truly stands out is the truck's vibrant personality. From the bold menu choices to the sizzling grill, there's a distinct flair that turns each visit into a memorable experience. In a world of fast food, Cuantas Hamburguesas brings not just great burgers but a charismatic twist to the street food scene. If you're craving burgers with a side of personality, this food truck is a must-try.
