Very bad service, the waitress was a disaster, she forgot everything, she did not serve us well, she sent us the wrong food and drinks several times and she left us waiting a long time for the forks and spoons then she went and left us a lot. She was really nice but I think they need more people to serve.

Service was slow today. Waited about 40 minutes after ordering and was told food might be another 20 minutes. Decided to pay for the watered down orange juice and cancel the rest of my order. Haven’t been to a Denny’s in a while and looks like it will be while before I give it another shot.

The most uncomfortable experience, I was eating with my friend at a table and what looks like the manager begins to yell and just disrespect his employees. I have worked in the service industry for several years and that is just unacceptable behavior for any supervisor/manager.

Bus boy spilled plate of pancakes then picked up pancakes with barehands and served them to customer. 3 waitresses worked while 2 bus boys played games on their phones. This is the worst Denny's I have ever been to and will never be back!

Arrived at 5pm and promptly greeted and seated. My order was taken, prepared and delivered correctly and quickly. The host and server provided excellent service. A 5-star rating for Denny’s typical market segment.

It took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us for seating in a mostly empty store. Another 20 minutes passed to get our order taken. 3 servers were at the counter, 2 we're cooking, and 1 dish washer. The food took too long to be brought to us. All the hashbrowns were over cooked and cold. All the food was barely warm. It would have caused more time if we had complained and we just wanted to leave. The servers and cooks were arguing with each other. Don't waist your time and money.
