I ordered two pizzas from this Domino's, and my overall experience was incredibly disappointing. The pizzas arrived a staggering 61 minutes after placing the order, well beyond what I consider an acceptable delivery time.Upon receiving the pizzas, I was shocked to find that both were not only cold but also noticeably burnt. The lack of freshness and the burnt taste completely ruined the dining experience for me and my guests. This level of quality falls far below the standard I expect from Domino's, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received.

(Copy paste from dominos customer service form)Today I pulled into the parking lot of the dominos at north Lamar and Koenig in Austin after hitting a cone left in the middle of the road. While I was trying to call AAA a homeless man started yelling at me and caused me to break down crying. All of a sudden, 3-4 of your employees were surrounding me, getting that man away from me, and also troubleshot how to get the cone out from my car and removed it. I was not even there as a customer and your team members went above and beyond in service that night. I am a hospitality professional that has worked in very high caliber spots, the love and support I received at dominos tonight parallels some of the best service I have ever had. You have an amazing group of employees at this location and I hope that you recognize that. Thank you.

First all I've never had a racist in counter likes this before the dude ask if I was using a stolen credit card.. first all I'm black and gay. How dare you ask me that I used my own card!!! Second I called about my food and the order was wrong!!! I called more upset because first I had a raciest in counter and now my food is messed up.. second the general manager there was being all rude.. I was trying to explain that the food is was messed up and he said no it's not and I have the receipt!!! I'm so upset and mad and I will be going to the news about this location!! How racist and rude they are y'all will be hearing from my lawyers

Food was horrible. They were shorthanded with delivery driver. Instead of letting me know they let my food sit there for 45 minutes after it was cooked. This was the new location on gattis school rd.

Horrible!!!! I placed an order online and it said 30-40 min. 40 min later I received a message saying Doordash was going to deliver another 30 min later. When it finally arrives the whole oder was wrong. Now I have been calling for over an hour with with no answer
