I ordered two pizzas from this Domino's, and my overall experience was incredibly disappointing. The pizzas arrived a staggering 61 minutes after placing the order, well beyond what I consider an acceptable delivery time.Upon receiving the pizzas, I was shocked to find that both were not only cold but also noticeably burnt. The lack of freshness and the burnt taste completely ruined the dining experience for me and my guests. This level of quality falls far below the standard I expect from Domino's, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received.

(Copy paste from dominos customer service form)Today I pulled into the parking lot of the dominos at north Lamar and Koenig in Austin after hitting a cone left in the middle of the road. While I was trying to call AAA a homeless man started yelling at me and caused me to break down crying. All of a sudden, 3-4 of your employees were surrounding me, getting that man away from me, and also troubleshot how to get the cone out from my car and removed it. I was not even there as a customer and your team members went above and beyond in service that night. I am a hospitality professional that has worked in very high caliber spots, the love and support I received at dominos tonight parallels some of the best service I have ever had. You have an amazing group of employees at this location and I hope that you recognize that. Thank you.

Domino's has been delivering pizza for 60 years now the excuse of charging double for delivery because now Domino's wants to take care of the drivers and make the customers pay the price when they should be paying the drivers not overcharging the customers and the process advertising it's not free Now being charged non-negotiable Delivery fee 4.99 and then asking for a tip here starts the overtipping when the delivery fee and tip are more than the pizza cost NO THANKS!

Really disappointed with Domino's Pizza on S1st and willam cannon today with the employees even when I tried to explain / question about my order they didn't care they were determined that I was reading the ad wrong but for 22.00 dollars for a large pizza and a supposedly a 8 piece cheese bread that look like just a slice of bread and burnt and the pizza wasn't any better my fault for not checking my order before leaving the place ! Lesson learned even little Cesar pizza would have been better check your orders and read the coupon offers I read it 3 times and no where does it say what I normally order says on line only !! Lucky I'm giving them 1 star
