Super nice staff! They were very busy but kept their composure and were very pleasant. I've been looking for a Dunkin Donuts since moving to Texas and I will be back again!

I’m so incredibly disappointed! I went out of my way to surprise my kids with donuts and kolaches this morning. I get home to find out half my order was missing!I did not get the kolaches I ordered and paid for. The box of donut holes had no taste and were stale! They don’t come close to Shirley’s donuts!! Never again!I proceeded to call more than 10 c times to tell them and get credit or something. No one answered. Not even 1 or 2 hours later! Bad customer service all around! Shirley’s customer for life now!

No waffle cones, nor sugar cones to be had at this location. Rather than a cup, I opted for a cake cone which wound up being so stale you could hear me bite it across the room. The kids behind the counter were nice enough. Husband said the restrooms were far from hygienic.

DONT ORDER THE MATCHA LATTE, CHAI LATTE ,CHURRO LATTE!! horrible! the chai latte DOES NOT taste like chai it tastes like coffee. matcha latte taste like water and coffee. DISGUSTING!! churro latte is plain also taste like water. only the wip cream is good. the drink tastes nothing like churros. overall experience is bad we will never go back to that Dunkin donuts EVER!

This is my most frequented Dunkin donuts location right now. I really like the App Rewards and I like Dunkin coffee. Most of the staff seems friendly but there are some people who work there who should not be working in customer service. The food is also frequently out of what I want to order and there is inconsistency in the temperature of the coffee and food. And I have had to wait an incredibly long time for my food on several occasions.

Online it says that the store opens at 6 AM. I waited and waited and waited no one ever shows up to open the door, nor to take any orders. This is strictly false advertisement. If you can’t open at 6 AM it’s totally okay but change the time online so customers don’t wasted their time.
This Dunkin’ Donuts was not worth our time or money. The wraps tasted like a burnt oven, the donuts were stale in the morning, and it took forever to get the staff attention. Today is a Saturday morning, so I understand they are busy, but even with that understanding- this service was terrible. And I don’t say that often, as someone who has worked in the food service industry.

It smells so good here. Ice cream and donuts so sweets galore. I asked if they ever make ice cream sandwiches with donuts and they do! I didn't get one but someone needs to do it.

This is truly the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to and I love this place normally! Whoever was serving at the drive up window was rude and totally incompetent. I was charged $14 for a seven dollar breakfast. My order was ready at sitting there, and when I told the woman that was it, she said no it’s not, but indeed it was.Line was totally backed up of cars and there was nobody inside but 12 people working so disorganized and no leader. Sad to say, I will never go again.
