Great coffee and breakfast tacos! Love their new location and patio on E. 12th St. in East Austin. Definitely recommend.

El tigre is back and i LOVE the new location! Been working out of here this whole week and the trailer is so cute, new sandwiches added to the menu are delicious and the coffee is better than ever. Baristas are super sweet and remembered my name after my first order.

I didn't enjoy my last round at El Tigre. Here's why the coffee felt very low grade like the roast quality wasn't quite there. The barista seemed inexperienced because the shots that were pulled were extremely watered down. Could have been an off day but there's to many other good coffee shops in austin to risk it.

Great little place. Peaceful little hangout, it is a true hidden gem. Clarissa is amazing. Be sure to tip her well.

Such stale and poorly roasted coffee had to throw out almost 2 whole bags. They weren’t cheap either. Not coffee for coffee geeks.
Most friendly baristas EVER, I almost fell in love because they were so sweet ❤️ great coffee, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, dog-friendly and super welcoming :)

Usually a pretty good morning coffee stop. The coffee is not always consistent in flavor though. On some days my latte or cappuccinos seem to be off. They also have pastries and tacos.

No sugar. No creamer. 1 barista on staff. And a goofy all gender restroom for virtue points. Most people just call it THE BATHROOM.

From season to season, I keep coming back to this cute coffee place! my go to if it's not obvious by my photos keeps being the chai latte, I told friends a while ago when I first discovered El Tigre that it reminds me of the taste of Horchata (a cinnamon rice drink) which I loveee as a Latina! I prefer chai iced but it's also delicious warm in the winter.I've worked on my laptop inside and outside, you can't go wrong with either since their patio and inside space is so aesthetically pleasing. I've had meetings with my boss, interviews, and friend hangouts here. The staff have also been nothing but friendly here. Looking forward to my next chai here!

beautiful coffee shop. love the decor and aesthetic. very clean. free wifi & modest prices.they brew their house blend with cinnamon - which i love! i really liked this as their iced coffee.tacos on hand, they get from another vendor, but theres vegetarian versions and they were good. alotta outdoor space to relax also.
