i know third party delivery can be difficult for employees to keep up with sometimes (speaking from personal experiences). but man. we ordered 2 burritos and a bowl, chips & queso and dessert over ubereats. paid for priority only to find one burrito, dessert, and a bowl. okay, that's fixable. re-order the missing burrito and queso/chips... 30 minutes later a solo burrito comes. why. just why. i love the queso so much. seriously something is always lacking when i get delivery from here... otherwise great food

Freebirds has excellent, high quality ingredients that never disappoint. The staff is friendly and work quickly to put your order together, and the location is always clean and pleasant. This location is close to me, and it's a great way to get some delicious proteins after a long day. Keep up the awesome work!
I'm not quite sure how Freebird's is still in business. People must still have long covid, and have lost their sense of taste and smell. How can there be so many ingredients and so little flavor? Easy answer, just don't cook with salt. How Freebirds has survived without using salt for this long, is astounding. Not only that, but it's incredibly overpriced. And while Chipotle has fewer ingredients that have diminished in quality over the years significantly, they're still somehow leaps and bounds better than Freebirds. If Freebirds picked up the salt shaker and added some to their food, they'd be an instant 4/5.

I really enjoy this Freebirds location, the staff is friendly and the food is typically consistent. My one complaint would be the prices - it’s really easy to end up spending $20 on a solo meal in here, without doing anything too crazy, which just seems like a lot for the offering.Parking: Shares parking with the rest of the shopping center, dedicated online order pickup spots on the side of the building
It's been a while since I was in a Freebirds, very patient with my ordering. I'm definitely going back.

Very solid service and food quality. My wife and I were passing through and decided to stop in (Sunday at 11:30am). Looking at the yelp reviews I was a bit hesistant. I used to go to Freebirds often in my college and younger days but don't live close to one now, so was fond of all my other food experiences there. But I can say the experience was great overall. Staff was friendly and the food was really good. Bit of sticker shock at the price but that's also relative to when I was 22 and only spent $8-10 on a meal. I suppose 2 people with drinks and sides can be $40 but just needed to recalibrate in 2023 . I would definitely recommend and will stop in next time I'm passing through again. Convenient location off of 290 so I'm glad I noticed it.
I've loved Freebirds for years and was pleased to see one in our area. We tried this location for the first time on Sunday evening. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, offering samples and taking care with making our food to order, and the place was nice and clean. The food was disappointing. There was only one customer there when we arrived, and the food didn't look fresh. Some of the meat looked dried out, the Spanish rice container was empty, and most everything looked like it had been sitting there all day. It was barely warm and didn't have much flavor, just didn't compare with what we've had from other Freebirds locations in the past. With so many other choices in the Belterra area, we probably won't be back. I'm giving 3 stars because the staff were so nice and professional, and the place was clean, so it seems like they're trying.

This place is just plain nasty. Trust me, I like a good burrito and preferred Freebirds over the others but not anymore. This is one of those times that I didn't listen to the multiple reviews warning how nasty it is only to realize right in the middle of ordering, those folks were spot on. Listen to those reviews! I’ll take the other nasty fast food places that share that center over them any day.

I was stunned by the lack of flavor and overall "Meh" of the food (burrito). The cost also was a shocker, as 1 burrito and a coke being $16.00? I have to say that the staff were exceptional though, as Will (worker guy) was super nice and very quick in making the burrito and had us try there new lingery meat (sp?), as it was kinda like a wet brisket (sample). Good though! The sample had plenty of flavor, our burrito did not (sadly). I am not sure we will return.

$21 for a burrito bowl!!!! Wow so not worth it. especially after their price board advertises $8.49 for a bowl! This isn't just misleading it's an outright lie! They charged extra for nearly every item. They charged $3 for guacamole and gave a small spoon of it. They charge extra extra extra. I should have left it and refused to pay. I'm not cheap but the principle is they mislead me. Not much better than chiplote or panda and double the price

How can a burrito be so dry and bland and a chain continue to expand? I wanted a good spot in DS, but this isn't it. Tried it once when they opened and shook it off as a learning curve, went back a long time later and still not so good. Not the worst, but certainly there are other options.
