I'm not one to post a review or give a rating on an experience but there's a first time for everything. I've ordered food a few times now from Freshii and every time has been a great experience. The Teriyaki Twiist with chicken is my personal favorite. I also like to get their Freshii Green smoothie along with the Energii Bites, which I usually save for a snack later. The wait time has definitely improved since my first visit there and the staff are always friendly. I highly recommend to everyone to go down to Freshii and try it out.

I had such an amazing experience at Freshii! I got a Mediterranean bowl and it was so yummy! Everything was very fresh and the presentation was very satisfying! The workers were very friendly and the wait time to get my food was very efficient!

Don't waste your money. I ordered a salad. It was an hour wait. The staff is unstaffed. The portion was literally a half salad and the bacon was raw.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. My chicken caesar wrap was awful. The salad was not mixed before being put in the wrap, so only one side of the wrap had a little bit of dressing and the rest was rough, dry kale…won’t be back.

This was my first time ordering from Freschi. I ordered the kale salad and a smoothie online, and honestly it was ready pretty quickly. But the food was EXTREMELY disappointing. The kale salad was just plain unseasoned quinoa, with whole pieces of kale with the stem in as if they were like straight from the grocery store and uncut. The only other ingredients were some dried chickpeas, and Parmesan, and they placed the dressing on the salad before, even though it was a takeout order, and there was hardly any dressing at all. So I was eating dry kale leaves, and plain quinoa. Really unacceptable preparation and quality for a restaurant and there was nothing good tasting about the salad. The smoothie was fine but tasteless and really small for the price.

Good taste but botched preparation. The Tortilla was covered in juices and broken in the middle so I couldn't pick it up. Instead of fixing it, they gave me a fork so I could try to scrape the tortilla off of the paper. Where's the quality control?
