We used Gebby's to cater our wedding and WOW everything was so amazing! We had so many people asking us where their truck is located so they could visit again. They were also just great, kind people and kept everything running smooth for us and our coordinator. Can't say enough, but the food will speak for itself!

Best BBQ ever. I have used Gebby's for catering at work AND for my wedding. Our wedding guests were talking about how delicious the food was even weeks after our wedding. We brought some of the leftovers for our meals that night and the next day, and rarely do leftovers ever taste good (to me), but Gebby's is tasty the day of AND the day after.We ordered the chicken, brisket, beans, mac and cheese, salad, and smoked veggies.Their customer service is just as amazing as their food. Elizabeth is swift with communication and is not only professional, but kind. Chris is determined to make everyone's experience a wonderful one, and for us he was successful. Our two children joined us (we had asked if that would be ok), and he had prepared food for them to try as well. Their team was quick, professional, and kind.We highly recommend them for not only weddings, but work events as well!

Gebby's catered my daughter's reception earlier this month. The brisket is Awesome as well as the rest of the food especially the Mac & cheese. Best barbeque in Texas I've had. Gebby's has friendly staff that do a great job!

Tried it out today at Progress coffee and got the chopped brisket since they were out of sliced. The brisket wasn't as tender as it should be. The chopped wasn't as chopped or saucy as it should be either. Bun was not warmed up which would have made it better. The Mac and cheese was lacking cheese for sure. We ate it but not great, unfortunately. Progress was cool and the taco trailer wasn't opened yet so this was only food option. Dude serving the food seemed kinda out of it ?

We hired Gebby’s BBQ for our wedding on Saturday and honestly everyone was going crazy about how amazing the food was! Hands down THE best BBQ in Texas but also maybe ever! Everyone we spoke with from emails, to the catering staff were on top of it! Huge shoutout to the amazing catering staff!!!Thank you so much for the amazing experience and we can’t wait to eat here again!

The Gebby's food truck is currently parked at Progress Coffee in Buda, TX (as of Sept 7th, 2023). My friend and I swung by for lunch today, the overall experience was *super* friendly and laid back. We got a sampler of all the meats, it was **AWESOME**. Legit Texas BBQ!!!!!! Thanks for the great meal, y'all!!

The taco was crispy and fresh, and the brisket mixed well with the green hatch chili jam. The sandwich had a toasted buttery bun and sausage/brisket. The flavors here were explosive. If I come back to Austin, I'm going to remember this place.

We had Gebby's catered for a wedding recently. When we had our tasting prior to, I was almost skeptical because the BBQ was just SO good I assumed we were just getting shown the best of what they had. Come time of the wedding, I'm pretty sure the food was even better. We received almost as many "hello's" from guests as we did compliments on the food. Veteran/first responder friendly, all around great business as well as food. Definitely recommend!

Gebby’s catered my wedding on Oct 8th and we still can’t believe how great the food was! We had their food truck out come out for us and feed about 140 guests— with sausage, brisket, bbq sauce, bread, beans, corn and all the the fixings. Their staff was very friendly and knew exactly all of your needs before you even had to ask! They were such a great addition to our big day ❤️ We will definitely be hiring them again for other events, as well as going back to their original location for lunch/dinner when I can!!

Large portions. I had the brisket sandwich and it was good. They don't skim on the meat. The Mac n cheese could have been better. Overall good place. I'll come back.

Hands down the best brisket burger I've ever had. It was tender and juicy (not too juicy). It had a smoky flavor mixed in with just the right amount of sweetness. This was my first encounter with Gebby's while they were catering an event at UT. The staff were so nice and friendly too :-)
