Such a cool place to listen and dance to country music. Feels like a small town inside of Austin. Friendly people to meet. Me and my man had a lovely time there.

Super friendly dive bar. Fine live music. Affordable drinks. Enjoy!
Karaoke Sunday! It was a fun time. The crowd was super great cheering on the singers. If you are looking for a small iconic hole-in-the-wall type of atmosphere with a different kind of crowd, it's a 4+ star. Big John (karaoke host) did a great job rotating the singers and keeping the energy flowing. The bartender was very attentive to the customers and super sweet, and greeted everyone with a super beautiful smile! ?Parking: Parking seemed plentiful, just be careful if it rains while you're inside.

Great local music venue, I get the impression that it sometime serves as a biker bar. The space is super small, so it feels pretty intimate. Prices were very reasonable, and there was no cover on a Saturday night

First time to come to Giddy Up's! Saw that WC Clark was jamming for happy hour in the Austin Chronicle and made the drive way south to Manchaca to see the Blues Legend. Gretchen asked Dad to dance a couple times and he was on cloud 9. Friendly locals and great bartender. Thanks Gretchen for rockin my Dad's world.
