Waitress was loud and clumsy, spilled a margarita on my dress and those in charge not only did not offer to pay for my dry cleaning (which I would've declined but that would've been the polite thing to do), they didn't bother to comp my meal (or drink) to compensate for the uncomfortable situation I was put in. Thankfully I had just done some shopping and was able to change right away. The bartender and waitress were sympathetic and apologetic but hostess and manager.... I'll let you guess based on the above.

The food was excellent as always, I usually visit this place a lot at least every other week. I particularly caught the attention of a waitress named Catherine. I loved her attention and good vibes so much that I didn't hesitate to ask her name. Her service is excellent. From now on, every time I visit this place, I will tell them that she will take care of me.

The food quality has gone massively down this is our first time back since COVID and it's just not what it used to be. The mixed drinks were not on point, The beef fajita meat was bland dry and kind of looked like leftover odds and ends. I've always had a good experience with Gloria's but granted most of that was up in DFW.IDK, Will try it again in a month then see if it was just a off day.
