Drive thru on Friday evening... *Food... we got "some..." of what I ordered...*Service... less than 30 min.. wait in the drive thru...*Atmosphere... none... I was in my car, waiting to place my order, then waiting to get the food, that was 'simular' to what I ordered.

In all my life golden chick has been good. But this time… it was the worst I spent 50.00 dollars on a meal that was so bland and tasted nasty and calling and can’t get no answer.. golden chick has lost my business ?

Matt the cashier was this experience a great one! Full of energy cool vibes and tended to his customers very well! Takes great passion in his job it’s hard to find that these days he went the extra mile for every customer even was able to crack a few jokes…. hope he is recognized!

The people who work there were very nice, but the food was dry and had been cooked for a while, I was caught at a disadvantage because I was in a hurry so I had no choice but to choke the food down while thoroughly not enjoying it ??♂️

I haven't had good customer service in a long time. I ordered to the drive-thru and I swear the guy was so nice and so friendly and was so accommodating I forgot how that felt because it's not like that anymore I was kind of surprised too to be honest I ordered chicken tenders corn nuggets fries and the sweet tea and I asked for an extra water because I needed some water before I drink the sweet tea and he was super accommodating on that and didn't hesitate to give me that he even threw in some barbecue sauce for my chicken tenders I will definitely be back.

They didn’t have cup holders, which they failed to mention at the drive thru. I wouldn’t have ordered so many drinks considering I have two small cup holders.I was nice enough to pull up to the front to check my entire order instead of at the drive thru window! Which I should have done considering they forgot an entire meal and when I went inside to say so, the food packer Mexican vat was so adamant that he put my order in the ONE bag (stating rudely “I put that in the bag, I know I did“ and drive thru girl with telescope glasses saying “I know, I saw you put it in there”.. like cmon now.. I went through DRIVE THRU.. I obviously didn’t want to get OFF MY CAR! And waste my time) like they really was gon have the bag stuffed as it was with an extra meal .. no. Obvi it was missing. Smh.SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

Food was good but what’s up with that dirty rice? It was like wet slop. I’m from Louisiana and I wanted friend chicken. I was super excited when I saw dirty rice on the menu but it was not that at all.

Shrinkflation at its finest. They are now cutting the tenders in half and charging more for them. Same for the family sized mashed potatoes. Used to love this place but I definitely won't be going back.
