Recently, I traveling to Austin from San Jose. I tried so many Gong Cha before and I am Glad I tried this one. I feel so welcomed when I walked in and the place is really clean. The service was great! I ordered pearl milk tea with boba and I love the taste of the Boba. Highly recommend this place! Will be back if I travel back again.

Recently, I traveling to Austin from San Jose. I tried so many Gong Cha before and I am Glad I tried this one. I feel so welcomed when I walked in and the place is really clean. The service was great! I ordered pearl milk tea with boba and I love the taste of the Boba. Highly recommend this place! Will be back if I travel back again.

I’m really sad to be leaving this review because I used to go to gong cha at UT all the time and was excited there was one South now! I walked in, was greeted and then stood at the counter and waited for ten minutes without any further communication, basically just ignored the whole time. There was one person working there and maybe they were in the weeds or understaffed , but I’ve never been left ignored at a register for so long before. I left because I couldn’t wait any longer. I felt really terrible, and probably won’t be back because of this experience.
The service attitude of this milk tea shop is really good, and the waiters are warm and friendly, making me feel very comfortable. Moreover, their milk tea has a wide variety of flavors, with each cup being freshly made and having a great taste!

I ordered my drink and when they got my order wrong the person that I assume is the manager said that I was wrong. He told me I ordered what he made me and would not correct my order to what I actually ordered. I am 100% sure I ordered correctly and the manager just blew me off. Didn’t consider me as a client and refused to correct my order. Never going again and beware of this place because the customer is not always right at this place.
