I hate to wait. I ordered cartering 2 days ahead and they are still not prepared ahead for it. The time I supported to pick up , they just started the order and this is not a 1st time.

Truck looks clean and service was fine. Rice was ok if not a bit on the bland side compared to other Mediterranean trucks I've been to. Salad was also fine, but let's be honest it's just a garnish and it did the job of providing a refreshing crunch to balanced out the rest of the plate. The couple of added pickles were nice and crunchy and had the right amount of vinegar. But I didn't come for all of that. I came for the protein. Got two plates - 1 chicken skewer and 1 beef skewer. The beef was awful, grizzled, cooked unevenly and had no flavor - somehow - even after they poured the white sauce and hot red sauce on it. Maybe they had an off night - but if my livelihood depended on making a kebab I would do better.

THIS FOOD TRUCK IS USING LAMB MEAT FROM A BAG...NOT FROM THE FAKE MEAT ON THE ROTISSERIE. YOU CAN TELL BECAUSE ALL OF THE MEAT IN THE GYRO IS THE SAME EXACT SIZE. ITS NOT TERRIBLE TASTING BUT IS A TOTAL RIP OFF $$$WISE.

I found this place on google maps when searching for Mediterranean spots near me and I'm so sad that I've lived 5 mins away for a year and just now found it. The chicken kabab was SO GOOD. I truly was not expecting it to be as good as it was. I will definitely be coming back and singing its praises from the rooftops.
