I dislike giving low ratings but the gentleman serving us wasn’t very kind and they weren’t serving food. Bummer. I may give it another shot in the future since so many others had a positive experience. I get it, we all have off days and I’m all for second try’s.Until then, if you visit, I wish you a better experience than what I had.

For the past ten years, I have been under doctors' orders not to have any caffeine; needless to say, I can tell very easily when I've had some. I was very clear when I asked for a decaf coffee, and I was surprised when I was told that all of the coffee styles could be made that way. No other coffee shop has ever offered this (it's always only an "Americano"). It was tasty, but it's now 10 hours later, and I haven't yet been able to sleep. I've read where employees think it's funny to make a decaf request into a caffeinated, but that's usually for a bad customer. I was more than amicable and said nothing that could have been misconstrued. Sometimes, you can really hurt someone with your poor work habits. I will not return.

For the love of god, please be better at specifying your espresso martinis. And no, you don't specify them when it's first being ordered. The amount of times I've asked for a dairy free espresso martini (yes, that’s the original recipe) and have received a full on dairy espresso martini is wild. And then when I call it out, it’s met with attitude and being told I need to specify when I order… which I do… but is never taken seriously… I’m TIRED Halcyon.

One of my favorite coffee shops in downtown Austin! Located right off 4th street; it’s in such a great location in the downtown area. My go-to is always their Expresso Martini! Probably one of the best in the city. The staff is always so nice and the vibes are always so peaceful. Perfect spot for a coffee date or just to come and unwind after a long day!

They are lazy. I made order online. After 30 minutes i went there for pickup but they told me don't have any order. But when check again they seen my order and accepted after 1 hour.
