This is the right way to serve gluten-free. All sides are gluten free & there is a gf bun option for burgers if you opt out of their flash fried chicken nuggies.... they are to die for!! So yum! Always served with a smile & quickly. So much love from a person with celiacs disease & even more love from a happy doggo.

Hat Creek is usually my place to go. But this week I had 2 not so good experiences.I went there 20 minutes before their closing time, they took my order and then they told be they couldn’t fulfilled my order because their chicken had gone bad, and they retuned my money, which I understand that happens sometimes, but it took them 10 minutes to tell me after taking my order.Then yesterday, I went to get a fried chicken sandwich and it was the worst sandwich ever.It was dripping with grease/oil. The bread was soggy from all the grease. If you pressed the chicken just slightly you can see the grease. I was super grossed out I had to throw away 2 thirds of my sandwich. I am pretty sure it isn’t supposed to be like that.Please improve the quality of your food and service.
Consistently the worst quality burgers out of all the Hatcreek locations I’ve been to from the drive thru. Just got a little hat burger and it had half a head of lettuce on it and the bun looked like it was a week old and had been stepped on. I REALLY want to like this location but every. Single. Burger is constructed absolutely horribly. McDonalds, p.terrys, dans hamburgers can all construct a decent burger but not at this hat creek location on burnet. The lettuce was like 2 inches thick before I removed it. Maybe the cooks need to be retrained or need better supervision. Who knows.

Yeah it’s a good burger, but after going here multiple times, the drive through (with maximum 4 cars) takes 20+ minutes. They usually don’t make your burger how you ask for it. Expensive for the service.
