I live in bastrop and this place is near me. Me and my husband happen to stop by often. I hate to write this but in the bastrop area. There's only 1 person, an older lady with glasses who happens to be very rude everytime. I called the owner last year about her being so rude with poorly customer service as if she doesn't like her job. Today i happened to stop by and this lady was rude and when I confronted her about it she looked very upset and said" I already asked if yall needed help and no one answered " ?? So What is that mean? We as customers can change our minds of what we order and how many orders we want!!!

We were in Austin over the weekend and daughter found this place on TikTok so we went by. Corn seemed a lil raw no flavor maybe due to it being white corn? Was not impressed.Location is small and has a line outside the building.May give it another shot in the future.

I come here for the chamoyada alot. if youre in for something sour, sweet and refreshing, i recommend it. the flavor of the elotes is great but the only thing is that it is usually overcooked corn. ive been here many times and gave it chances but still its a disappointing. the nachos are on par and so are the hot cheetos with cheese. service is very fast which i really appreciate.

Hay Elotes has consistently had great service and food throughout all the years I’ve been going there. It is the best place in Austin to get authentic Mexican snacks. They use white corn, and that alone is the biggest reason to only go here for elote, and nowhere else. The frozen mangonada is also amazing.
