Amazing hospitality!! We came to celebrate our anniversary. The tasting menu was delicious and every bite was better than the last. Wine pairing was great but a little pricey with the food

I have never had beef tartare before (fear of eating raw meat) but I am so glad that I chose this place to try it for the first time. The servers were amazing, the food was fantastic and the drinks were perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect date night! Fancy drinks, delicious small plates (more like "medium" plates), and my favorite dessert: sourdough ice cream with tomato charcoal. Sounds weird, but it's sweet, unique, and to die for! Service is excellent too, many people take care of your table.

This was a great dinner. We were referred by Pablo at Taverna. Our server Colin and his back waiter were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the menu in great detail. Every course was memorable. We loved the scallops, charred broccoli, wagu Tar-Tar and the Berkshire pork chop was the best we ever had. Cocktails were also delicious and well crafted - they finished very strong with a great dessert - sorry the name slips me.

Mind blown. Dining at Hestia is an experience. A well orchestrated dance in fine dining. The service is unmatched. It's flawless in my book. No detail is overlooked. You are treated to a service team. A team that knows how to make you feel like you are the only people in the restaurant. It's genius and very commendable. The food. Oh the food! Every bite that we had was savored, was thought about. The crab tarts are a one bite wonder, the charred broccoli had your palate dancing about, the scallops...oh the scallops! I have no words to do that dish justice. If you go, it's a MUST. The pork chop changed my life once and it did it again. It's phenomenal. I had the bunelo for dessert. A delicate, intricately crafted masterpiece. A treasure trove of flavors. A new discovery with every bite. I described it to or server as ‘ confusing in the best way possible'. Cheers to the staff at Hestia! You know how to do it right

I have been to Hestia twice now. It is an excellent spot to celebrate a special occasion. The service was impeccable. Brian and Jackson were attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The team makes an effort to make the experience personal - Jackson even wrote us a list of his recommendations for live music in Austin. Great music/ambience and fun to watch the chefs work in the open kitchen. Steak tartare, scallops, halibut, and kakigori (dessert) were my favorites! It is very evident that the entire team is well-trained and hardworking. Can’t wait to go back!

Ambience was extremely warm and inviting- luxurious. Food and drink was elevated and interesting. The experience felt unique and we really enjoyed the martini cart and the sourdough ice cream was unexpectedly amazing- like what you thought bread dough would taste like when you were a kid. Only memorable drawback was noise. The cement floors and decor look great but at peak hours felt extremely noisy sometimes to the point of not being able to focus on dinner companions. Made the restaurant feel lively, but could be hard for some to hear each other.

Outstanding! Very creative menu, cooked to perfection! We spent a long weekend in Austin and had go back for the second time our last night. A bit pricey but absolutely worth every dollar. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The wine list can have a bit more moderate price alternatives, other than that, 10 out of 10.

Cowboy bebop & wascally wabbit were excellent starters. Crab tart, crudo, turnips, & scallops were solid starter dishes. The sirloin was perfectly cooked and the halibut was divine. Sourdough ice cream was a great dessert. Service was outstanding. Easily one of the best dinners we've experienced and we've been visiting Austin for 12 years.

We sat on the patio with the al a carte menu. It was a very windy day, but the patio had good coverage for the wind. The staff was very personable and loved our story about it being our 10 year anniversary but our first date. We had the tartare, kampachi, and the scallops. Tartare was so good we had it twice, the cracker it came with really set it off. The kampachi had so many flavors going on that really meshed well with each other. And the scallops were tender, you could taste the cooking flavors on it and it spooned well with the garnish's. Drinks were well made, not too alcoholic, and not too juicy. We will be back.

Cool vibe, amazing service and incredible food. We did the tasting menu and each course so delicious with unique flavor combinations. I was hoping to try something that I couldn't duplicate at home and this place totally delivered.

One of the best meals I've had in years. The steak tartare and the grilled turnips were amazing. And the 45-day dry-aged ribeye! Plus the service was fantastic. We're already planning a return trip.

This was outrageous. I’m so upset. SomeOf these dishes were best in class and I will think about them for months to come. Just…stupidly good.

We did the chefs table and absolutely loved everything! Everyone who came by, whether to fill a glass, drop a course, or pick up a plate, was so nice! All of the dishes were creative and some of them just blew our minds!
