Popped in for a quick espresso while visiting The Domain. Espresso was strong/delicious & latte as average as any standard coffee shop. However, Houndstooth uses ‘Barista’ brand almond milk which has refined sugar, gums, and other additives. Any non national chain should be making their own so as to not make their customers drink low quality ingredients. Service was solid. Atmosphere was modern.

I ordered decaf but gave me coffee with caffeine instead. It is really irresponsible. I can’t take in normal caffeine, now my heartbeat is over 110 and have heart palpitation now. Please be careful otherwise you hurt ppl’s health. I never have issues when having decaf, I only have this issue whenever I have normal caffeine. I have to stop working this afternoon. I would sue this shop if my situation goes worse. Please be careful. They always make mistakes if you look at other reviews.Edit: I have strong heart palpitation and went to emergency room. The accountability is on them.

I ordered a drink today, and it was made incorrectly. They offered to just add the missing item rather than remake the drink. It still tasted off, and instead of remaking the drink, they just ignored the poor job they did. I'm not one to waste anything, but when I'm paying nearly $7 for a single 12oz drink, I expect it to be made correctly. The experience was marred by poor quality drinks and poor service. Hate it or love it, at least Starbucks will remake their drinks if they are made incorrectly. Also, the man wearing glasses behind the bar was rude to his fellow colleague at the register.

Got a traditional Macchiato here; it was robust and delicious. The guy that served us was friendly and accommodating for our group of four, even a half hour before they closed.
We came by to kill some time and grabbed cold brew and a cortado. They also have breakfast tacos from taco deli available in the morning. We enjoyed our time and would come back!

I asked the woman at the register if there was a menu with prices and her response was "That's Austin, it's expensive." She doesn't seem to want to be there, and it made for a poor experience for both of us.
Service and atmosphere is great, coffee was pretty good but nothing too impressive. Weird set up when you walk in with where to order and then wait for the coffee.

Best coffee shop I've found in the domain, and happy to see them participating in "Hi, how are you" day. Great coffee, tea, and even beer. They also feature good specials.Parking: A couple parking garages within a block walk.

Houndstooth is really a visually stunning spot! I love the interior of the coffee house, its warm ambience is magnificent. I had my peppermint mocha with oat milk there yesterday. I do love the vegan coffee cake as well. Houndstooth has great seating; whether you want to hang out for a little while, or if you’re on the go. Chill spot overall ??
