I tried this place on a whim due to the reviews. I got half a chicken with rice and plantains, and a chicken and a beef empanada. This place has delicious chicken- and great plantains. But everything else was ok. I didn’t care for the empanadas at all, and the cilantro rice was subpar. The sauces were delicious and the service was excellent. The staff got my order wrong but they quickly fixed it which I appreciated. Very very kind and friendly service. I would not return, but it was a nice experience, especially the service!

The service was good and the atmosphere was good. The food was good I finished everything, but I was hoping for more flavor and spices. I'm guessing Peruvian spicy is not the same as Texas spicy. I'm wondering if it was just an off day. But worth the try again.Next time I will go with the recommendations of the guy that took my order.

I'll be up front and say that I'm not into chicken dishes, but I was craving something healthier and gave this place a try since it's down the road from our home. I was stoked to hear that all their side dishes are gluten free, even the mac and cheese, which is really good! And I love that all the items on the menu are labeled as being gluten free (GF) or not. The yuquitas rellanas (also GF) were kind of like fried mashed potato balls and was our favorite dish. The portions were good sizes and the food wasn't overly salty like other restaurants (both pluses in my book). It seemed that the flavors primarily come from the side sauces. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of side sauces. In hindsight, I should have bought the sauce sampler so that we could figure out which ones we liked and would have enough for all the food. But not really understanding that, we just pushed through the meal wanting a bit more flavor.Don't let the drive through window fool you...it takes a while to get the food (which is absolutely fine, especially because it came out fresh and hot). Pay at the register, take a number and a seat (if dining in). There were plenty of seats but not a lot of people dining in. The decor is simple but neat.Dietary restrictions: GF on the menu indicates gluten free options. V on the menu indicates vegetarian options.

Good service, nice place, but unfortunately the food is as they say in a good Peruvian saying "nothing happens"I returned to this restaurant after several years hoping that the seasoning had improved, but to my surprise it has gotten worse. No wonder I didn't see any Peruvians eating there. To the owner, please hire a good Peruvian cook, since the way things are going you are making ?? bad.Good service, nice place, but unfortunately the food is as they say in a good Peruvian saying "nothing happens"I returned to this restaurant after several years hoping that the seasoning had improved, but to my surprise it has gotten worse. 1/2 chicken was great! Added some steak fries and they were as good as a steak fry can dream to be. Maybe not the greatest chicken I've ever had, but I will definitely consider inka if I'm craving some. A minor thing was that my food took quite a bit longer to arrive than the person I was having lunch with and ordered immediately before me. They provided the sauces on the side which I greatly appreciate!Parking: Easiest entrance is right off of wells branch since it's not easy to see from the 35 frontage road that that entrance connects to Inka's parking lot.

The chef must be different. The fettuccine con lomo has changed poorly. Wow, I miss the old one so much. Last 3 orders I gave away or threw away. Sorry Inka but I won't be recommending or coming back. No disrespect but that is why you are not crazy busy like you use to be.

While the chicken was ok - nothing special - I was excited about the dirty mac-n-cheese that everyone raves about. It was served LUKE WARM. Ewww, next time I will return it.

Overpriced food in a noisy and uncleanness space, and the service useless, you need to figure out what each plate is about,Far a way of a Peruvian kitchen flavor, very disappointing. If you visit the place, just look how many people don't eat what they order. It is crazy.
