Jack in the Box doesn't have good food per se, but I enjoy the croissant sandwich and iced coffee. Additionally, the woman behind the counter was very friendly.My food came out quickly, and that's exactly what I needed!

I came at 11:15 at night on August 22,2023 and waited at the intercom for over 5min for someone to respond and nothing. I went to the window and the employees were just talking. I drove around to the front to see who they were talking to and the person with the headset was sitting down on their phone. So I went nextdoor to Whataburger and was serviced in less than 5min. Thank you Jack and the box for ruining my experience forever at this location ? Oh by the way they didn't service the 12 other cars behind me either..

I was at the drive trow today and had and unfortunate car mishaps and there for holding up the line the staff was so nice and caring didn’t make me feel worser then I was already feeling was stuck for about 45 min until I was able to finally move but I just wanted to thank the staff for checking on us and making sure we where hydrated in this Texas heat hope that with this post they get a little recognition and maybe even a raise ??

The worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. They never have anything you want when you try to order it, sometimes you go at night and they just ignore the drive thru completely and act like you aren’t there until you pull off, orders are always messed up and today I go at lunch time to try a new item and I wait in line for 10 mins to be told “Our system is down we’re aren’t taking any orders” I don’t believe it for one second. Whoever is running this location is an absolute joke for a manager and needs to be fired

Complete waste of time, by the time we got to the window we were asked to give a few mins, 5, 10 and then 15 mins go by, we were then asked to give them a few mins again. We gave up hope after spending over 20 min waiting to place our order. So we decided to leave drove around to see no one there at the window and all the people were on their phones 2 of which were outside just having a conversation. Lost cause, drove next door to whataburger was able to get in, eat, and leave in under 30 mins.

This place is horrible. The lady at the drive in window was so rude and unhappy. And then she ask if I wanted condiments I said yes ketchup and she hands me my order and did not even put ketchup in the bag. And on top of that my order was wrong. Bad service and bad attitude. And too expensive not to get what u ordered and the attitude from the lady at the window.
