Bad Customer Services, I went in today, I order a Mocha Iced coffee with loaded tiny tacos, great! till I got to the window and i saw that my ice coffee had boba which im not a big fan off so I told the lady I didnt wanted boba, she got mad and threw my card to the floor for no f reason, It wasn't that serious for her to get mad, She then game me the correct iced coffee with my card and I asked her what about my loaded tacos and there she goes again being rude assuming I didnt want my tacos, gave her my card and she took the payment and I went about my day. The only one mad here is her If you see this its to early in the morning to be mad for no reason, you chossed this job, if you dont like customer service then find another one instead of trowing tantrums.

The customer service was nice. But the food was awful! The tacos were soft and soggy in some parts and extra crunchy in other parts. The chicken sandwich was Thrown together. As for the meat for the burgers, it had a weird taste. It didn't taste like meat, at All.. Will definitely Not go to this location again. The one thing I liked was the curly fries.

Air conditioning was out and it was well over 100° outside and they said it had been out for a while. We really wanted to eat in because we had just drove over 300 miles to get back to you Austin and we wanted to sit and eat in. Disgusting and disgraceful.

I hadn't been to Jack in the box for a long time. I decided to pick some up on my way to work. I was very pleased with the customer service at the drive-thru window. The lady was very nice and friendly. Had a smile. I waited for my food. It didn't take very long. It came out fresh and hot and delicious. I'll definitely be stopping there again on my way to work.
