I dropped off some items at Upscale Cheapskate and I was craving a good ol' Italian sub. I was hungry and I've never had Jersey Mike's. The other food options were ramen, or torchy's. I just wanted something quick and simple. So I went for it. The two gentlemen behind the counter were nice, and prepared my order with all the toppings I wanted. I didn't realize they have a deli style counter where they are slicing up your meat of choice per order. I don't know if that's supposed to elevate the place or what. The sandwich was fine - not a lot of flavor even though I loaded it up with banana peppers, mayo, jalapeños, oil and vinegar etc. The bread was bland and disappointing. I do like that they have mini options, it was right portion for me. The gentleman that helped prepare my sandwich wiped his nose/face with his apron, so that was a little bit of a turn off....And the store was just not fresh and clean, I moved to two different tables because they had crumbs all over. It just reminded me of another rundown Subway...

Jersey Mike would be very disappointed by the rude customer service today. The manager literally grimaced when I came in to place an order. My husband and I are regulars and work in the hospitality industry . I have no desire to return.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Absolutely love the sandwiches here. They definitely remind me of the subs from New England. Meat is sliced fresh in front of you. On a cold sub all items are cold. Haven't tried anything hot yet. Beats subway by a mile.

Awesome store. Offered me a water while I waited for my sandwich. I got my normal club sub and it was loaded with meat. Phenomenal sandwich making skills.
It was our first time, and we ordered two giant hot subs. The staff was friendly and in good spirits. I was surprised when our “giant” subs seemed to be less than six inches. While eating I saw people with much larger sandwiches, and so I guess they just made them incorrectly, though I paid for the giant.

Just moved from Philly, and I can confirm the subs here are like the ones back home. Service was friendly and they were very fast considering how busy they were when I was there. Extra points for being open when everyone else was closed during a winter storm.

I love that they have fresh deli meats here. The bread is mediocre. The portobello mushroom sandwich was pretty good. The Italian one was mediocre.

I LOVE that they’re offering mini subs now. THANK YOU! Definitely the Italian is the way to go. Everyone working today was so incredibly happy and kind…except the girl checking me out…she seemed not so happy to be there but the guys were friendly and asking about my day and so forth.Very reliable place as you can actually see them making the subs.
