Me and my staff have had our Christmas parties at Juliet's twice already and their food and staff is always top-notch. Me and my family have gone there on half a dozen occasions and we are always treated special there. The food at Juliets truly is amazing.

Reading the menu, I was excited about the dish - sausage and cheese ravioli entree. I ordered the meal to go.. When I opened the to go box, I noticed that it was COVERED with red chili flakes! There was nothing written in the menu description!!! I dipped my fork into the beautiful sauce and tasting it, my mouth was BURNING!!! I understand people like hot and spicy. I don't and I am careful. The meal was credited to my credit card but nothing more. VERY unacceptable and disappointing!! I will never return nor recommend!

Host staff was abrupt and rude. I called ahead to see if they had any tables and was told they did. I guess I must have called another location because when I showed up the host staff was very curt and shut us down by summarily insisting we hadn't called there. We didn't make a big deal out of it but didn't really understand why the host staff was so stern about it. The restaurant was only half full but they made a big deal out of seating us, and they said only the patio was available. Our server was really pleasant, and attentive. The food was ok. I had the lasagna and my husband had the lamb ragú (both were ok) and my kids had the pasta, which they both like. My daughter was cold on the patio because she only in a tee shirt and we weren't expecting sit outside. When we left, half the tables inside were still empty. I wanted to ask why they had been so abrupt and insistent they didn't have room for us, but was already kinda miffed and figured it wouldn't achieve anyway.

I am soooo sorry I didn’t take pictures bc it is a straight up tragedy that I can show you how good everything looked. The place itself is fancy looking, great ambient lighting etc etc even the bathrooms are super nice. Went there with my mom and my sister but it’s a perfect date night atmosphere or for any occasion really. But the start of the show is of course the food. Went here based on a tiktok review I saw from @monicaneat and this ?did not disappoint. Look up their menu online. Everything we ordered looked EXACTLY as pictured.First of all the BREAD??!! We had three orders it was so good and I wish I had some right this moment ???I had the Chicken Fettuccine Funghi, and it was the best fettuccine dish I’ve had in years. The portion was generous. I couldn’t finish my plate, but I took it to go and it tasted good the next day too. I just finished the leftovers matter of fact. My god I wish I had some more bc it was so good. ???My sister had the Italian sausage ravioli. I will say that while this was VERY delicious, the portion size seemed small. Though that could just be because ravioli in general is faster to eat that traditional noodles lol.My mom gets fully easily so she ordered a butter lettuce salad and a side of fettuccine. And even those a la carte orders were generous portions. Lettuce was definitely quality butter lettuce, though if you’re a dressing person I don’t think this is the salad for you. Nevertheless it was ALL delicious. For dessert we had the cheesecake and it was richhhhhhhhhhhh. I personally prefer not so rich cheesecakes but it was still very good and all three of us shared it. I also would’ve preferred if it had been served cold instead of room temperature but that’s just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Our waitress was super professional and friendly and gave off elegant vibes lol idk. Loved her.I can’t wait to visit austin again just to come eat here ???. I watched so many tiktok videos about what italian places to eat in austin and out of them all, I’m so glad we came here!!

Train the rude receptionist at the front desk. The girl with a lot of rings. Train her to be nice to customers because without them, you guys will be out of business.

Life's a garden, can you dig it Michelle?

We had brunch on Sunday, the weather was nice so all the doors were opened. It was great until a homeless man from the parking lot came into the restaurant to use the restroom. Then, as we pulled out our wallets to pay the bill, the homeless man came over to our table and proceeded to lean his body onto my date and make a comment about his hair. I don't think we'll be back. Service that day was too slow for us, too. The food was ok....we wanted to try more menu items someday, but we didn't pay all that money for brunch with a side of a homeless guy.

Skip this place. I had the avocado toast and it tasted like nothing. Had to ask three times for salt, as this dish had nothing else to flavor it, and service was very slow despite being almost dead in there.

It feels like Juliet at the Arboretum is heading down the downward spiral where they've not been busy enough to support the best staff, and the next level comes in...which drives away more customers. Everything from the entrance to the food to the service to the exit were lazy and sloppy...not where they were even several months ago. The entrance was dirty, piles of dead leaves, dusty. The windows were dirty, and the whole space seemed like it wasn't cared for. We ordered the Arancini, Caesar salads, lasagna, chicken Parmesan, filet, and penne a la vodka. The lettuce in the salad was all browning and limp, all the entrees seemed to have sat in the window for a while, and were all very lackluster. No one seemed to notice the dead food that made it out to the table. Our server was nice, but very much not on top of it...he would have noticed the food, the empty drinks, the half-eaten plates. I hope there's a way out for them, as this is seems to be a management/ownership issue vs an isolated aspect of the dining experience.

Our table was ready. The first offered was in a heavy traffic area and we requested another. It was somewhat better but not wonderful. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We would eat there again. ?

A great place for lunch while at the Arboretum. The caprese bruschette is amazing and went well with the tomato basil soup. My wife also enjoyed the butter lettuce salad with salmon. The decor is mindful of Italy and our server, Yamila M was fantastic. Only our second visit here, but definitely not our last. Well worth the drive.

First off ambiance is 10/10. We were seated quickly. I will be biased and say the espresso martini's were horrible (I have a genuine dislike for espresso martinis). The calamari was a bit overfried, however the flavor was there. The meatballs had a weird odor, but tasted amazing! The pizza was alil basic but still delicious. overall i might come again. k bye guys!

Not as romantic as I had hoped. The food was good but the Redfish portion was tiny. About 2.5 inches wide/long. Calamari appetizer was overcooked. Super dry.
