Stopped in here for a quick Togo coffee & matcha. Both were delicious & decently priced. I didn't spend a ton of time inside because I was on the run but it was cute & I could see myself hanging in there for a bit. Staff was friendly & quick to get my order out to me. :)

Honey Lavender Latte was amazing! Fast & kind service from the staff. Nice setup with great natural lighting!

Super friendly service from Priscilla, Liz, and Sam! I got a half sweet Lamba Latte from Priscilla's suggestion, and she designed the prettiest latte art to top it off! The surprising flavor of the coffee beans was exceptional and unique... such a depth of flavor that the large coffee chain can not compete with! Personally curated drinks might take a little longer, but this one was so worth the wait!! Thank you, talented baristas! I will definitely be a regular guest here! Highly recommend this location!

I went here sometime between 8:45 and 9:00 this morning. I was the only one in the Drive-Thru, ordered a small mocha hot it took almost 10 minutes for them to make it it was barely warm and it tasted so burnt and gross.

This place frustrates me. I drive here because of the drive-through and unfortunately 95% of the time the drive-through is closed. I always call before and they never pickup and their voicemail has never been setup. They also change their hrs randomly. Not driving back to this location again. Must not be hurting for business.

This location struggles with hiring and keeping quality employees. Sometimes closed on Sundays. Today was supposed to open at 7am. It’s posted on the door in two places. As I drove up at 8am I saw two patrons driving away. I checked the door sign and my watch and saw an employee inside and a third patron waiting in their car. Doors were locked and employee watched me try to enter, but just stared blankly at me. I left and tried to message via the main website since this is the third time they were meant to be open, but weren’t. Coffee is actually pretty good and staff I’ve interacted with are awesome. Get a new manager or operator or pay more per hour. I mean run the math on being closed all day Sundays or losing customers vs paying someone $15-20 an hour to run your business. You only need to sell 2 coffees an hour or 4 for two employees to break even…

They got me, gal. Second time in six months I've ordered online only to arrive at a closed shop with associates scuttling around, pretending not to see me or the four other folks gathered at the door. Online hours indicated they were open for another four hours, the sign on the door had the same posted hours, but nope, they decided to close early again this afternoon. Too bad the brain trust behind this decision didn't also decide to turn off online services, since I received a text telling me my order was ready. I get it; this location is 'quirky' and terminally understaffed. Maybe help yourselves and the public out--invest in a "We're Closed" sign. I think I received a refund but who knows? Came from the same thread that told me my order was received, and then ready. Silly ol' boomer, thinking a retail transaction constitutes actual service.

This was my first time at my neighborhood (183) Lamppost. The drive thru was as quick as others have said. The service was cheery and efficient. They got my order wrong, but let me taste the mistake. It wasn't to my taste, but they had the correct order ready to go right after my taste test. I can't believe I'm saying this as a lifelong sugar addict, but the mocha latte and the monkey muffin were both too sweet. The muffin had sugar in the top (gilding the lily imo) and the mocha latte tasted like there was one too many sugars. When I tasted the wrong order, the woman at the window said many people asked for 'half sweet'. I plan to go inside next time and try that. The monkey muffin had a great banana taste, so the extra sugar on top was the only drawback. I'm betting inside is more leisurely and relaxing than any Starbucks I've tried. I'm looking forward to my second visit.

I went through the drive through and the lid was put on my drink but not snapped so when I grabbed it, the drink spilled all over myself and my car. The employee then asked if I needed a new lid. No napkins were offered. Drink was extremely bitter despite being labeled a sweet latte (lambda latte).

Went through the drive thru around 7:30. It took forever. I ordered a Santa slap and muffin. When I got it, it was more like a slap in the face. Tiny cup only half full. The flavor was not as described. BTW, HEB has better muffins.

Thank you to the nice barista who made me a new drink when I ordered the wrong type of thing by accident! So kind and made my day when it was my fault :) Really good coffee and GF baked goods.
