Waited 15 mins for my order to be taken(first in line )... at the end I left without placing my order. I also saw front cashier handle cash and switch to prepare cheesy bread without washing her hands or using any gloves,disgusting.

I need to be refund, my order has wings missing and my Uber driver said she told the lady I also needed wings and the worker told her no. My money for those wings need to be given back on top of that I’ve been calling and no one is answering the store phone

The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They overcharge and then get a bad attitude if you question the charges on your order.
I was craving for pizza and I saw how dirty the restaurant was and watering coming down from the ceiling. Why are they still operating? I see why they have 2 stars.

One time this summer, I ordered a pizza online and the store was closed when I got there at like 9:30 PM on a weekday even though the sign says 11:00 PM. I couldn't get my pizza or the refund the next day.Good pizzas though.

Every pizza was undercooked and the thin crust was not a thin crust. Guess I’ll stop buying pizza from the Riverside location. ??♂️

Food was great, but they are severely understaffed. I received an email alert stating my pizza was ready. Once I arrived I had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to even come to the front counter (because he was hustling in the back slinging pizzas into and out of the ovens non-stop). They did offer to remake my pizza for me at no charge but 40 minutes (plus original lead time) was just too much.

Little Caesars pizza isn't the best, but it's not the worst either. It's definitely a good deal for the price. I like to think of it as "pizza that's good enough."
