Nice bar, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Incredibly busy - I felt bad for the staff as it seemed they were understaffed with the amount of patrons. Very nice outdoor setting and drinks were reasonably priced.

Service should have been better. Don't keep a open tap. Bar tender put people at the bar drinks on our tap. $40 worth. We took our friend there for his retirement and our group was the only ones with a table. 5-6 people we didn't know sat at the bar talking to the bar tender. She definitely knew that those drinks weren't ours. I even gave her a 25% tip.

This place is an institution on Rainey. I've been coming here years, the Lustre Pearl is as authentic austin as it gets. Great live music, corn hole out the back, the bartenders are real but fair. There is nothing not to like about this place. Act like an idiot yep you will be thrown out, but that's what also makes it a good place to drink. Less hectic than the bars around it. And lower more palatable volume of music.
I am only ever here for Ducati Owner meet up. Staff is polite, service is quick.

Great cocktails here!Stopped in really quick here for a cocktail. My wife got some kind of vodka drink and I got an old fashioned. They were both really good and went down smooth. This place jammed for a Wednesday night, but being in the heart of Rainey Street, I wasn't too surprised!

Avoid this place if you appreciate good whiskey! Incredibly upsetting!! They refuse to pour any of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (Very amazing whiskey) without pouring water in it!!!! Like, absolutely refuse to serve it neat...For a $75 / ounce product, this is offensive to an extraordinary degree.What a shame, came just for the whiskey, but left without being served after being told they refuse to serve it neat....
