Had a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. Everyone there was awesome! The bartender, the hostess, the server (Christine)--even the random worker that said to have a good night on the way back from the bathroom--everyone seemed to go out of there way to be friendly and accommodating.Our apps and entrees were delightful (mushroom ravioli and spaghetti and meatball) and the butter cake was a treat!Funny that we've stayed a couple blocks away from the original one in Chicago but have never been to that one. We definitely will next time we're in town!

We did not get to eat here. On a Sunday, beautiful day out, after having so much rain and hail, went there especially to sit outside and enjoy the day. It was 2pm, and we were told that no one could sit outside because there was not a server to go outside. REALLY, no one could walk 20 extra steps?? The restaurant was not that busy, we could see inside, so to be told no was very surprising as there was a dirty table outside, so someone got to sit out there. We left and went to another place that would serve us outside. I find it a bit ridiculous to turn business away, rather than walk a few more steps. We had not been there for about a year and I can tell you after this non-customer service, we will not be back.

This is my first time at Maggiano's. The food, service, manager, and chef are all awesome people. It was myself and coworkers having the best time. The chef came to our table and talked to me and my coworker about our food allergies, plus assured us how our food would be cooked. All the food is made to order, so you know it's fresh. So, amazing, five stars is not enough for the food and service we got today. Love it!Dietary restrictions: If you let the know you have food allergies and what they are, the chef will take really good care of your food.
