Great little place to eat and wonderful food...I got the BAT bagel and my wife got the Strawberry Cheesecake waffle...I had a bite of that and it was amazing! Check it out!

Great little spot, food is was good, coffee was good. I want to try the waffle next time.They ran of bagels too, so we had to have the lox on a croissant. I had the Red River wrap which was delicious.

Great customer service. I was sitting inside having a great bagel and coffee while waiting for daughter to get out of her doctor's appointment. One of the worker's noticed my car had been rear ended in the parking lot and called it to my attention. We got the driver's attention and made him stop. No damage to my car but yes to the offender's car. His excuse was that he got hit last time and no one stopped. Thank you Mary's cafe for looking out for your customers.

Terrific breakfast around 7:45am on Good Friday. Busy ( including robust to - go biz) yet clincally cooked up and served promptly. Berry Tyler Moore was only wonderful. Sausage and eggs hit the spot. Always enjoy the ☕. Marys is a gem.

Great lattes and excellent waffles!!! My family of three went here for breakfast and it was great. We had the berry waffle, bacon banana waffle and Carmel iced latte, a hot latte and a berry smoothie. I highly recommend the food was great and the staff were also very polite!

It's very small. Small coffee is 3.24. the bagel breakfast sandwich is good. Pricey. However. I purchased a coffee and sandwich went outside to eat on the bench. I've been there several times in the same week but homeless man walks up as I'm talking to them and guy comes storming out of MARYS yelling for us to get off the bench and leave. Homeless man walks off and I stayed to finish my coffee and was smoking a cig when 2nd guy storms out saying I had been WARNED to leave and to LEAVE. I put my cig out and sat there as he threatened to call police. I encouraged him to do so as I finished my coffee and sandwich I had purchased at their .MARYS establishment. Shocked and bewildered. I'm 66 yrs old and wear a prosthetic leg. I've been in the same house 1 block away for 63 years and have NEVER been treated with such bad rude and dis-corteous behaviour. I assume he thought I was homeless. NEVER will I go there again and SHAME! I've currently filed a report against that establishment. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Once again . Shame shame shame on MARY'S on RED RIVER in AUSTIN TEXAS!Kid-friendliness: Too small for kids but employees 2 of them so hateful I would not want my kids around insideWheelchair accessibility: None

It's been years since we've been back and we used to love it but now very disappointing. There's no crisp nor caramelized coating as advertised, the waffle itself is something we can make in regular American waffle makers. For $5 a piece like that is extremely overpriced when it's no longer "Belgium" or "Liege."
